The perfect balance of features and mobility

It's the way of the future, but this program is dated and only works irregularly, even with decent wi-fi. Password recovery requires a support ticket and days delay. Frankly, Windstream service is so horrible that the best product might not help them. Since they cost 4 times what competition does better, it's hard to understand how service could be so horrible.
