Goods Order Inventory System (GOIS) is mobile application for individuals and small businesses to manage and track their Orders, Inventory, and Sales with lot of reporting capabilities.
You may track exactly how much inventory came in, how much is on hand and how much goes out. You can also manipulate the profit and loss based on inventory details.
GOIS is a standalone application running on SQLite database to store all data on device.

Order Module
Order Module offers the functionality to meet the needs of Individuals as well as small business owners. This gives you the capability to add items and their quantity one would like to order and email it to a shop or wholesaler.
An individual might want to list items willing to purchase and bring home end of the day and email it to their store, their store may ready all items during the day and individual pick-up while on way back to home. This saves a great amount of time to an individual.
A small business owner and shop always have the need to list of shortages in their inventory and place an order with their wholesalers. This module gives them the capability to list all shortages during the day and email it to their wholesaler for fulfillment.
Once they receive the inventory they have option to fulfill the order and create inventory right from the Order module. This saves them good amount time creating inventory from scratch.
User may further review complete history of order and fulfillment at a later date and perform search using reporting modules.
Product Module and Category Management
Product Module allows user to add and manage products in the system. Under more… section user may find category function. This function allows them to add, modify, delete and rename categories with in Goods Order. Category listing shows number of products linked with it.
User may add product under specific category, this groups all products and helps in search functions and reporting.
Future versions of Goods Order will allow user to customize information they want to capture about product from web interfaces. This will make this app very powerful and can literally be used for any industry.
We shipped default categories and products which user may change as per their need.
Inventory Module
Inventory module allows user to manage inventories. User may add fulfill order from order module which creates inventory or user may add inventory from this module. User may define quantities of inventories available and track how many are left on sale.
Inventory module allows user to define purchase price and default sale price which are used in reporting to calculate profit and loss.
Sales Module
Sale module allows user to add Sale. There are two ways user may track sale:
1.Track Sale by Inventory (Track Sale by Inventory ON in settings)
2.Track Sale by Product (Track Sale by Inventory OFF in settings)
There is a flag in "Track Sale By Inventory" under "More -> Settings", if this flag is ON user will be prompted to specify actual inventory sold while adding a new sale. If this flag is OFF user may add the sale by specifying the product and they don’t need to select specific inventory.
This allows greater flexibility for different types of businesses.
Reporting Module
Reporting module offers handful of reports to user to meeting their reporting need. In future versions of GOIS all report will be available on web as well.

3.Inventory On-Hand
4.All Transactions

Works excellent and has everything I need for my inventory orders. ***ONLY PROBLEM IS IT WILL ALMOST NEVER EMAIL IT*** I understand they want to advertise their company in the email so it won't use the email on the phone to send, but, this way they are doing it is almost always blocked and never will allow the mail to send. Hope they can resolve this issue.

Although I have not used it that much yet, what I have used I like. I run a small online and local business and this is just what the doc ordered. I can find out if there is an item in stock or if it needs to be ordered. There are some things I would add or change but for the most part a nice addition to my business apps.

This works awesome for my small business. I'm able to monitor my inventory and keep an eye on my sales. Great reports that are printable when you send them to your email. Initially had problems with ghese reports but the support staff worked tirelessly to resolve my issue. Thank you very much. Great product and support staff. 5 stars

I'm using the program to inventory grains I've harvested so as to make sales from my phone wherever I might be. It takes some time to become familiar with flow of screens. To have the 'inventory remaining' figures show up one must turn on the 'Track Sale by Inventory' in the 'Other' menu (don't forget to 'Save'). It then shows up in the 'on hand' screen when making a sale. The 'Other' menu is important. Always look to the top right corner of screens to add (add, +) or save, etc. or your actions will not be recorded or you won't be able to open a new record. If you happen on 'records not found' it means there are no transactions or specific inventories recorded somewhere up the line. Patience grasshopper. 'Swiping' records to get another form or action option is not intuitive or easy at first. Experiment. I now can use this for the purpose I had in mind. Suggestion. A way to email records in a usable format to your own addy.

I run a small business on my own, and this app saves me so much time on monitoring orders, inventory & sales. It's like a mini-POS system. There are minor issues that can be improved on, like swiping entries to edit or delete them instead of buttons (it takes me several swipes to get the correct swipe speed for it to work), but those are just minor details to make it more user friendly. Generally, this is the best inventory app I've tried. The developers are also very quick to reply on queries. Can't wait for the updated version and PC version!

I needed something to keep track of my small business inventory. I tried several. This one was the only thing close to being a complete inventory system application. It functioned properly on my Samsung Droid Charge. I was impressed with this application. I was even more impressed that it was free. Far and away the best inventory app I tried. Furthermore, I contacted support with a few questions. They were very responsive. There are a couple of things that need to be addressed. I want to be able to search my inventory using a SKU number as well as the description. At this time, you can only search by description. They advised that this functionality will be available in an upcoming release. Also, this application solely works on the smartphone. Ultimately, I would like to be able to access info from my laptop as well as my smart phone. They advised that their upcoming premier product will have this functionality.

first, registration is no longer required. this app is actually pretty good except there's no real direction, and even some of the help topics are incomplete. but i can scan inventory in and out for my home business, so i'm happy. I wish I could customize categories a bit more and set some defaults, but this is a good start and the devs are responsive. good job.

Upon opening the app it asks you to enter your name & email then read and approve the privacy policy to use the app, which is all well and fine except that there is NO privacy policy to be found. It just says "Read our privacy policy" but goes into no details about what that policy is. Seems rather shady to me. Uninstalled w/out registering.

I normally don't bother with bad reviews but I'm gonna make an exception here. The authors are SO VERY concerned about getting your info, name, email, etc. That they forgot to let you use the app as guest without giving up your info. The app says you can sign in as guest, but when you try, there's no OK or accept button. Now I have a status bar at the bottom but that should not prevent the OK click. ANYWAYS apps written by/with lawyer wannabes should be avoided. This one is no exception.

This app is great for a free edition. I got a little impatient after 5 days of sending an email request fora download key. Once I got a response, they have been super about accomodating and testing files for upload. The app is mostly accessible to blind users also. Thanks, Miles! Looking forward to Pro version for multiple sites inventory. -Brian Wooten

Exactly what I am looking for a long time, does everything great, for those that don't know privacy policy is found in the menus, u dont have 2 register if use as guest. this app is perfect. I cant believe its free!!! the bad reviews I see are from ppl that dont read b4 they try to use app. thx 4 the app.. I love it!!

This is a great app, but the total field in the new sale window needs to be editable as well, which would auto-update the cost of the individual item For example, new sale, each unit for this sale is logged in as 12.95, but this customer is a bulk buyer and pays 1750 for 100 units in bulk, I have to manually go to a calculator and work out the math to note each individual unit price, where if the total field was editable, I could simply input 100 units, for a total of 1750 and would update individual price

This app is great and perfect with nice features, but there is something I want to add on sales module. Please make sales module to only load sales of that particular day not all the sales each time the module is loaded nor each time sales is made. This is because when user have many sales this loading slows the software and frustrates the user. Please change this.. I really love the app but i have to wait too long because i already have too many sales record. if this is updated, this will be the best app
