The app is perfect for field service agents working in remote locations or in-office agents that might be away from their desk so that support requests never go amiss. Also allows agents to receive push notifications for incoming tickets and comments added to tickets.

Ok guys, I get it. You needed something out quick. But this is basically just like looking at mojo from chrome browser. Ok, I'll give you guys this. The ui does look cleaner. But it doesn't add functionality. What always bums Me out about mojo is that there's no way of setting reminders. Yes, sometimes when you are overloaded you need reminders. Now that you are on a mobile platform, I'm sure that you could make good use of that for reminders. Please. This would be great
