Video playback was in high definition. After last update, it is in standard definition. Video playback is also very choppy, does not go second by second. Skips between 10 and 20 seconds and so on. Two of my four cameras no longer recognize that they have sd cards. Please fix this asap. Just as this app was near perfect, the new updates mess something up.

Bought the cameras 2 years ago for my barn. Last year they worked great. This year after I updated the app it's been a disaster. Most of the time the cams say connection timed out. Ridiculous. Ready for a new app to use my cams on!!

What a shame a great ap has now been made so much more cumbersome with the recent upgrade. I now have to go through welcome screen to get to my cameras. Unintuitive and complex a nightmare to use. It is so over complicated what were you thinking. I am so exasperated by developers mucking about with working programs. UPDATE -the new upgrade (yea another one!!!). Now goes to the app screens but I can't get all my cameras on one screen which I could do before. Infuriating having to change screens all the time. Why oh why don't you guys stop "improving" things!?

I have cameras for a reason, I need to be able to access them anytime and this app Sucks for that. It always times out or crashes or never loads. Currently I have not been able to bring the app up for 5 days straight.. ridiculous.

Useless. Couldn't even get a verification code to get started. It kept sending me new codes, I kept entering them, and it always reported I was entering the wrong code. Absolutely frustrating and this app is absolutely worthless. Better luck next time.

Installed with Zmodo indoor camera, worked well for the first two weeks. This week absolute nightmare. Had to reinstall app 3 times to get live video and recordings. I know Zmodo working fine. Some basic coding errors going on in MeShare world!!

Buggy and poorly written app with very limited functionality. Web viewer in even worse - no way to take a pic or record a video. I should have read the reviews here first - never would have purchased the cameras (4) on Amazon. I have since purchased a PTZ Dericam with an SD card to store pics and vids. Web app is even better that the mobile app. Lots of configuration options and tweaks available.

Cameras are not extremely reliable even when Wi-Fi in home is excellent. Constantly having to disconnect and reset cameras and many times when I'm away from home it says device offline. Sometime later it will be back to normal as if it was disconnected momentarily. Wi-Fi is perfect at home and so is electricity. Cameras are okay but not great. I wish creators would pay attention to their customers and actually fix these issues. Terrible customer service! Can never figure out what's wrong or resolve the issue

Horrible! Doesn't work most of the time. Won't connect unless I'm at home on the same Wi-Fi network which totally defeats the purpose of the app. Unfortunately, there's not another one that works with my cameras so I have no choice but to use this crappy app. Fix the issues and you might get a better rating.

Use to love this app but now it logged me out and won't let me log back in saying internet fail. Works on other phones and I'm telling them NOT to log out. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. MeShare hope you can get this problem figured out asap.

This app is the complete weak link in using our IP webcam. On the phone lots of spinning wheel, connection timed out errors. Reinstalling doesn't resolve the problems. On the web interface you frequently have to try to login three to four times before it actually lets you see the webcam on your browser. It's just a poorly programmed app / website that clearly isn't seeing enough investment.

Notifications are horrible. Someone can walk in front of the camera 10 times & it my pick up the last time. Also times out alot when trying to view life camera. My Internet is not the problem either.

Bottom line don't waste your money, your better off spending more with the Nest Cam because Nest am is so worth it. I didn't purchase the Nest because I didn't want to spend to much money but when you buy cheap it actually gets expensive because the quality is bad .

No issues so far. I've had to reset the cameras twice over a 1 year period. Normal. Update. Slow response. This is on fast wifi. It freezes. Times out. Not sure what changed. Change it back

24 hr video rarely records (my internet is always on and working!), so when alerted can't see what alert was for except for small snapshot next to alert but cant open it to view decent. Video says "none available" during this time although set to record 24/7??? Would rather undo the recording free trial "option to purchase" and go back to the free basic 5 snapshots in a row when alerted. Unfortunately no way to get rid of it on app! I'd never buy option that doesn't work. Like app but undo my free trial!

Paired the app with the Zmodo greet. The doorbell itself is another story. But the app has been forcing close recently everytime i hit "live" view. Seems like it only worked for the first 24hrs and now it is not working. Its great if it worked consistently. But sadly it falls short and im pretty frustrated.

Was very skeptical because of the low rating. Well I open my cameras and plugged them in to test that they are working and guess what I could get tge to work. Then I actually read the instructions and all of a sudden the camera magically they started working lol.

I updated my firmware on my cameras and greet doorbell camera and now they don't work at all. Terrible app and terrible customer service ????

Extremely slow app. Won't respond to live mode some times. Very glitchy. Does work for the most part, you just have to be very patient.

Used to work ok now doesn't work at all. All 7 cameras on app and website say device offline can't use at all. New updates are supposed to help not make product useless. Really wish there was a way to view all cameras live but you took that away too.. Update..... now I can't even log into app.... come on guys fix this please

Not good. Actually, awful. Creating an account from my cell phone was impossible. Had to create on ipad. App is so wonky that I can't login from the ipad though. Can only do that from the cell phone! Deleted event alerts refuse to die. The sevrer collect usually times out when attempting to log in. This app needs some serious work.

Unreliable. Some days it works. Some days it's "play failed" "device offline" or "connection timed out". It's not the cameras. It's the support. The app. Doesn't seem like they care about even trying to fix it either.

Ratings lower than ever! Last UD screwed up my cameras worse than ever. They randomly fall offline, requiring a cam reboot but won't stay online, won't recognize SD cards, notifications are all messed up as well as the triggers. Audio has never worked in the years I've had them. I won't refer anyone to these cameras. Sadly, I have 2 of them. Sorry... You need to start from scratch and rewrite this app. You have improved it almost to total failure. No trust in these working when really needed.

At this very moment I have not succeed in connecting my wifi with zmodo or meshare. It keeps saying restart app. I reached out to chat live and can't tell you who I spoke with because tge didn't acknowledge themselves and only said high. Then the responses were one word or very dry, but provided no advise or assistance. My statement was tge app keeps stopping and telling me to restart. No response. Then I say is there something wrong with app? Response was no. Nothing else was said until I said hello. Then they asked me to show them so I sent the screenshot. Uninstall and retry is what I get. Then try meshare. That's it. I guess I will return the devices since I gave no access to them for the purpose they were supposed to serve. Worse experience ever and I couldn't even get started. No star is what I prefer right now.

Seems to work fine most of the time. Currently getting an "internet request failed" error that seems specific to the app itself. I find very little support online for any issues.

It is frustrating that I have to continually uninstall and then reinstall the app for it to work. Worked like a charm for the first couple days.

The idea is cool. I thought it would be an easy thing to deal with. Turns out it is just a pain in the ass. Device shows offline half the time. Half to un install then re install the app, set the cameras back up only to say offline. Worthless.

Have had this app for over a yr now. Always crashing!!! And all support can say is reboot your cameras. Hey buddy I'm at work and its not my cameras but your system!! Hate this.

This app is mediocre at best. It needs lots of improvement such as the ability to send an alert to my cp when motion is detected. The two way audio is a joke bcoz sound seems to work only one way. Oh, why can't I view 4 cams on the screen at one time or download to my cloud storage?

Update 9.2.17 well done guys, thanks for the software updates to MeShare. Changed my rating to 5☆ Now the app has many new customisations eg sensitivity of noise, detection, IR lamps on off (used to have to put sticky tape over the IR lamp!). No longer need to.. Thanks for listening to feedback. One further option, could we have HD motion stills (like 3 or 5 photos taken automatically) and ability to set how long recording automatically runs for eg. 30 secs, 1 min, 5 mins etc. I have many of my friends now using these cams in West Australia based on my positive recommendations :) running Zmodo Mini Wifi HD cams

Broken app with latest update. No motion alerts Anymore, website not working effectively, not recording properly even though wifi enabled all the time Pls fix

Great app but absolutely killing my battery lately, I have to force close it every time after use which is getting a bit frustrating. Not going to remove 5 stars but please fix battery issues

Perfect when it works! Unfortunately it just keeps saying play failed and connnection time out ALL the time. Frustrating

used to work no problem now it comes up saying it's timed out. Not as good as it used to be. everything seems so much slower.

This app is ok. Does what it say it does for the most part. Allowing you to view your cams remotely from your mobile devices. But quite often, when you try to go view your cams, it will just load forever and eventually give you a device offline msg even though your wifi strength is strong and connected. Not the best and most reliable app at times when you need it. I would've rated it a 5 star the first week of installation because it seemed great. But after a while, it doesn't quite perform.

Update: changed ISP and couldn't get any of the cameras working again. Did all the changes meshare recommended but nothing... Then randomly 2/3 cameras worked... Few more IMs to support and eventually the last worked. However all that needed to be done with the zmodo app not the meshare one. Previous; app could be really good but right now it's just full of bugs. Close downs, google services connection issues, WiFi issues authentications issues etc etc. When you do have it working, the next day it may be totally different. The support has been very good where applicable especially as this is a free app but I'd happily pay a little to have an app that actually is a stable one.

This app deserves a much higher rating!! I'm now using this instead of Zsight as this allows me to view my camera's remotely over 4G and cannot fault it all. Even the App UI looks refreshing. If anyone is having similar issues with Zsight download this!!

Was working fine until the last update now I get device timed out. Get no notifications, can't get a live feed and I can't erase the cameras and re add them to see if that works just keeps telling me this option is not available. Keeps saying play failed, need to uninstall the app and reinstall in every time. Useless as of now. Needs to be fixed ASAP.

Everything works but but the ptz control to move cameras so it only gets 2 stars .if they fix control for cameras to move then it will get 4 stars,it used to work! If they stop messing it up after they fix it it will get 5 stars. Its even laggier if thats a word after the last update. Seems like they keep creating bugs and never fix the ones people complain about.
