About FitPoint Free
This app will pull your Fitbit Food, weight and profile information and use that to calculate your activity and food points for the week. If doing smart points, make sure you don't log your 0 point items in your Fitbit. This app will update with a simple swipe down over the data, and you can view your historical data by clicking on the date to select another week. Due to the Fitbit API, you are limited on the times you can refresh the data per hour, so once you hit that quota you will be temporarily suspended for the rest of the hour. Click on the view type and you can switch between point types! There are two point types, original and plus.
**** Please note, you need a Fitbit account to use this application! The first time you open you will be prompted to log in and grant access to Fitbit by this app. I recommend setting the access period to 1 year, otherwise you will be prompted after the API token expires.
To use the application, simply use your Fitbit to track any activity and steps, and log your food eaten into the Fitbit website/app. When you want to see your point totals, simply open this app, and sync the data to Fitbit (initial open of app will auto sync, otherwise pull down on the data area to refresh).
The app once synced with show your WW points and activity points earned.
You can update your settings to display which plan you wish to view, as well as adding additional points, start of the week, and other options.
