About CrewMobile
CrewMobile is for use with the Merlot Aero suite of products. Merlot Aero allows airline operations staff the ability to securely distribute timely and relevant information to crew.
With CrewMobile, airline crew can view duties, duty changes and messages. Crew can also acknowledge duty changes and messages. Feature availability may vary depending on your airline and server version.

Please use your usual Merlot employee credential to log in. The mobile token is available from the Login Center in the top-right corner of CrewPortal, or contact your Merlot administrator.

App Permissions Disclosure
We request these permissions in CrewMobile for the following features:
- Location: Your location is used as one of the methods to determine whether you are at the correct port for sign on or off
- Device storage: Storage is used for caching purposes so that you can view your duties and messages while offline (flight mode).
- Google Play billing and find accounts on device: Allows you to purchase subscriptions (optional) to gain access to the latest premium features.
- Camera: Allows you to take a photo of your receipt and include it in your expense claim. Expenses is an optional premium feature.
- Run at startup and prevent phone from sleeping: These are used for the Wake Up Calculator, so it can sound an alarm at the right time for your duty. Wake Up Calc is an optional premium feature.
- Calendar: Allows you to sync your crew duties list to your device calendar. Calendar Sync is an optional premium feature.

Im not sure why but i can no longer use this apps anymore. I cant even refresh for my duties or whatsoever. Keep on stating server error. I hope this could be fix soon.

I am using redmi note 4G. Though I am using a 4G connection, this app says I am in offline mode and not able to access the crew data. I can only access the data in WiFi mode. Not acceptable at all.

Totally useless since the upgrade, it's very very slow and always says incorrect password or username which is totally rubbish.please fix it, it's causing too much inconvenience.

This is one of the major setback for this app. Everytime it tries to load a page. Sometimes with ease but most of the time it will return to the login page and saying incorrect username and password. Kindly look into this matter. Thank you.

Will not work without a mobile tokens. Tried requesting one but nothing happens. Even logging in with a regular laptop to their website the request mobile tokens link is dead. Also the help link is dead. Pretty much worthless.

The app it's loading info harder than ever. Many times I have to exit completely and get back again, otherwise it won't work. Please change this design, it's 2017. A lot of people from the company I work, are complaining about the app and its functionalities! Thank you for making the info available when offline!
