LEGOLAND Windsor Resort

Was lookong forward to looking at the app to plan our trip in summer, however I can't add a trip because it says the park is closed on that date!! App obviously not updated. Map had a Santa lego man on it in February! Unfortunately useless!

The only thing that worked was queue times for the rides. Everything else is useless. Don't know if my kids are allowed on the rides, what food is at the restaurants, etc. Its just a very basic FAQ that's badly organised.

While it was working it was useful with queue times, show times and map with location finder but after lunch it simply wouldn't load. Perhaps at capacity!!!! Disappointed as it had worked well in the morning.

This is an embarrassment. It loads but none of the icons do anything, like it's frozen on my Note 4. What a piece of junk this app is. Sort it out Legoland out get rid of it. Uninstalling.

Currently at Lego land and this app is absolutely useless. It doesn't even know which rides are open or closed and queue times are all wrong. Don't install

This app is terrible. It insists the park is closed all the time, won't let you build an itinerary, won't let you search by height restriction. Completely useless.

An awful app of no real use at all. Slow, clunky and lacking any real information

I downloaded this app whilst at Legoland in Windsor UK. Queue times where not accurate and IT DRAIN MY BATTER FROM 60% to 14% in just over 2 hours. Very annoying.

Very slow and pretty useless as Lego land has very limited WiFi and mobile signal! A chocolate teapot!

I love this app, I'm going to legoland tomorrow this really helped us how to get from one place to another, and plan our trip!

Doesn't even load on either my or my wife's Galaxy S6. That doesn't stop it constantly harassing you with notifications or eating mobile data. For some reason it also still needs access to contacts, photos, phone etc etc. What a pile of rubbish. But don't worry, you can get a physical map if you go back to the beginning of the park and queue at guest services.

I downloaded the app in order to have real-time queue information. However, the queue information is only updated every few hours, so it's pretty much useless. The theme park map in the app is not responsive at all, so it's also useless. The ride descriptions are quite basic and a lot of them don't even have a photo, so they're useless too. Another annoying thing is the amount of useless announcements (basically advertisements) that the app constantly publishes in the operating system notification area.

There are some nice feature ideas but the usability is poor. I wanted to choose the next ride based on what was close, suitable and for which the queue was not too bad. This was harder than necessary and we often ended up using a paper map and wandering around to look at the queue. Also the feature to plan your day at the park has a bug where it deletes the entire list that you create! I'd suggest that the team who delivered this actually try to use this themselves in the park.

As other users have said, useless. Ride info tucked away - for planning surely heights should be front and centre? Janky, buggy. Unintuitive. Notification spam. What does the trip planner do? Unbelievable that Legoland are happy to have their name on this junk, and worse, actually paid a developer for it.

The queue times are not updated, which was the main reason I downloaded the app. The trip itinerary I created deleted itself and the map is unresponsive. I liked that we got kid's meals for free 2 hours early but then my wife pointed out that as annual pass holders we get that anyway.

The queue times were last updated the day before. The app is pretty much useless as this is its key feature.

Map didn't work, downloaded on the 3rd September to use the next day, the last time queue times were updated on the app was 4 days ago. Sends you annoying messages every hour with offers which are rubbish. Half way round Legoland and deleted the app.

Not good. Sits on splash screen with message bar notification pending. Expected more from such a well-backed global company.

Have used this on iPhone but it stopped working. Tried loading in Samsung and doesn't work there either. Have given up

App doesn't work on my s7 downloaded 3 times rebooted phone etc just stuck on home screen. waste of time.

Massive profit orientated queues, crap but expensive food and massive mark ups in every shop!!

Very useful. Discount vouchers brilliant for free children's meal and free engraving. Ride times updated regularly. To re-use vouchers uninstall and re-install !

Loads when first inatalled but once closed wont re-open without a reinstall. When its actually open the functionality is poor conpared to other theme park apps, the map is hard to navigate and low quality, the queue times are wildly inaccurate and constantly state I have no connection to the Internet so provide 30 minute old timings. It does however constantly send me updates stating that I have messages I can't read. Pick up a paper map and save yourself all the hassle!

Whilst there are many good features, the key feature of queue timing did not work when we visited in mid-Sep. Fix this and it could get 3 or maybe 4 stars

Completely useless app that just doesn't work.

Can't get past the yellow opening screen, which is a shame as we'd probably use this when we go!

Hangs at the splash screen ...uninstalled.
