Dotcomscope

De Nevobo heeft met het Meerjaren Opleidingsplan Volleybal (MOV) een richtlijn ontwikkeld voor trainers en verenigingen op technisch gebied.
Het MOV is een gestructureerde opleidingsweg gericht om te helpen het allerbeste uit de (jeugdige) volleyballer te halen en door dotcomscope verwerkt in een praktische tool.

Deze tool ondersteunt een trainer op elk niveau bij het bepalen van de trainingsdoelen en beschrijft de fases van de ontwikkeling voor volleyballers van jeugd- tot nationaal niveau.
Er wordt per fase informatie gegeven over de uitvoering, toepassing en principes van de verschillende vaardigheden, zodat iedereen die zich bezig houdt met de technische kant van het volleybal zo aan de slag kan binnen de breedte-en prestatiesport.
Ouders en coaches, die een (jeugd)team begeleiden worden voorzien van informatie met betrekking tot de diverse spelsystemen van het team.

De Theorie is een losse module van dotcomscope en direct online op onze website te bestellen voor zowel verenigingen als een individuele trainer!

This tool supports a trainer at every level in determining the training goals and describes the stages of development for volleyball players from youth to national level.
Information is provided for each phase of the implementation, application and principles of the various skills, so that everyone who is involved with the technical side of the volleyball so get to work within the width and performance sport.
Parents and coaches, a (youth) team guide are provided with information regarding the various gaming systems of the team.
