I have mercury commercial insurance and I got in an accident and I have full cover. The accident was not my fault I have a police report to prove it. When I called mercury insurance they said they do not cover anything because I was driving when the car was hit. And they will not give me a rental car. If anyone has mercury insurance I suggest you cancel it ASAP it's not helpful at all. If you work on Uber or left and your driving it does not cover.

This app is pointless. Ever since I installed, it told me I did not have any documents available to view (ie ID cards, policy documents) Now it won't even open! Keeps telling me to check my internet connection, which I have and it's working fine. Uninstalling this POS!

The App just stopped working. It will not load. Just keeps telling me Network not working check Internet connection. Connection is fine! So I guess it's time to uninstall the App!

Complete garbage. When it used to work it gave basic information, which was OK, but now it doesn't even let you get to the log in page. It should be taken off app offerings.

This app does not work you can't even get it to open the only thing it tells me is successfully signed out I don't want to successfully sign out of want to successfully login. For the love of God can you fix this darn thing

It doesn't work. Black screen, then quick message about a network connection and it closes. It used to work fine.

Wanted to pay my bill over the phone but the system was down. I decided to go online simple and easy. I'm happy the system was down now I don't have to input my policy number it takes me straight to pay now. Great time saver

This app sucks..links to your account makes you use web browser to login in again..so its not really an app its a fake app the app does not shut down..old school mercury is clueless on how apps work

3 years later and it still says network unavailable. This has been abandoned. Don't download it!

Fix your broken app. Always says "No network connection". Get it together !!!!

Couldn't even get the app to open. Very disappointing.

The app works just fine on my galaxy s6. It's nice to be able to review the account and pay the bill without going to the laptop.

Have been trying to save my ID cards to my phone and the app keeps crashing.

This has to be fixed and now. It is poor customer service to not be able to access our account, especially in an emergency.

The app doesn't even open. since last update it keeps saying No Network but my network is working just fine

For most items clicked like the ID, it opens the browser. Why would you need this app when the browser version is supposedly doing the same action. Also, it only shows my car insurance not other like renters.

The only useful thing, really is the button to call M_ins. You can create a shortcut in your homepage as well...without the App.
