Grocery Store Calculator

There is a learning curve BUT well worth the time it takes to REALLY become familiar with app... don't ever go shopping now without it !!

I love this app! My boyfriend and I are starting to budget our money and this helps so much when its time for grocery shopping! I entered in the tax value and the total was right on!

I use this app every time I go grocery shopping and it takes alot of stress out of having a low budget for a large family.

I don't usually rate, but this deserves a rating. I give it zero stars, but that isn't an option..it's useless, confusing, and just stupid.

I need an app that keeps track of everything that I put in my cart so I don't go over my budget. This is basically just a calculator, which I already have. Except this is WORSE because at least my calculator doesn't ERASE everything I just spent an hour entering if the app closes. Junky apps need to be removed from the market.

Expected to use the scanner to keep a running total. .can't use it...I have a calculator...don't need another one

Barcode function doesn't work, and it freezes up. Don't waste your time.

UI is plain, ugly, to the point where I will continue to look for other apps that are more appealing. The functions are great and a very good concept.

If you scan a barcode you still need to add price because the bar code ia only the product code each store has to add the price into all their computers too to match barcode to price. the price is store specific. The dev needs to add a save price list but then the stores still change prices due to economy.

Love this app. Keeps me on track while I shop. Love the repeat button and running totals. Suggested feature would be two tax buttons since some states like NC have both food and non food tax rates for groceries. Otherwise this app is fantastic!

I scan a bar code, it says item found, but doesn't show on the ticket. Am I missing something?

It would be cool if you didn't have to hit tax rate after each item.

It's a bit cumbersome. But it works after a fashion.

It took a bit to figure out how to use the tax feature, but once I did it worked great! I was on a budget and it matched what the register said exactly! An option to save the tax rate would be nice.

Very simple. Needs a faster way to in put descriptions.

Great would be better if it let me edit the grocery list and add items I wish to it

Love how it does weight/price calculation plus you can see your inputs. One bad it seems to stop a lot.

I always use this app in the grocery store to watch my budget.And it comes up to the exact price!

This is an excellent app that helps keep me on my budget, I use it whenever I go grocery shopping.

I can't clear one item/price without clearing the whole order. Is there a way to do this? I'd like to create a shopping list and have the running total calculated as I check off items; reduce scrolling. I'd love something like this in Evernote.

It would not calculate the tax into the price

This makes playing grocery store with my brother so much easier! I recomend this to anybody who has a brother or sister who likes to play grocery store:-)

Take time to learn how to use, worth it. The only thing I don't like it does not do coupons or percentage discounts, the sister app does but the sister app does NOT do weight (price per pound) but does the calculations, thats why only four stars. If one our the other could do all the above then I would buy the app

Love this app! Usually while I am shopping my daughter, inputs prices, and we usually round up. We are pretty on the money within a couple of dollars.

The whole app doesn't fit into my phone screen so I can't access all of the buttons. Not very user friendly

I would love it if when you scan the items it could automatically generate the name and brand and if you are adding multiple of the same item it could just multiply it instead of individually entering it and when you enter the tax rate it actually calculated the tax for you.

Sales tax feature is useless . more trouble than its worth to use

I like having the running total on the screen, but that is the best feature. If I forget to add tax, I have to delete and re-enter the item. I would much prefer to be able to choose a running tax % for the list and then change the tax for the items manually if I buy an item with different tax.

A little buggy. Camera barcos scanner crashes and running tally disappears unless the screen stays on, but if the screen constantly is on it runs down the battery.
