Mercari: Buy & Sell Things You Love

Love this app and recent updates. Offer button and private messaging rocks. The only issue I'm having is changing/updating photos. The photos update, but then revert back to original. A bundle feature would also be helpful

I like the app but lately I'm having issues sending messages to sellers. It keeps saying it can't find seller information. Please fix it!

Loved this app till I had a problem and can't figure out how to get ahold of somebody to fix it all my items can't be edited or deleted its trying to make me buy my own items

Well I can't use it because every time I try to sign up it says unknown error and so I haven't had the chance to use It at all

Greetings, the Mercari app is useful for purchasing good/used and also new items, for reasonable prices. Selling is equally useful. I've made many sales and have had nothing short of a decent experience with Mercari. Customer service has come to my aid as a seller and buyer, they're quick, kind and helpful. The Mercari app has a 4.4 rating, which is stellar. As a seller, follow the rules and be honest in your dealings with others; sell good products/take clear photos. As a buyer, be observing the product and seller, using your best judgement, before a purchase. I've come across a few ill ratings for Mercari, and most were written with poor grammer; not convincing. There are positives and negatives to everything. I'm convinced Mercari is a safe and rewarding app, Enjoy!

I found this app like a month ago and I haven't stopped shopping. I love that you Do Not Pay the seller until you get the item bought and check it out to make sure it's what it's supposed to be. I feel better knowing that. I found some great new products at a great price. And to top it all of the customer service is AMAZING. Anytime I had a issue they have went above the norm to make it right and with lightnings speed. Very very happy with this app and website...

I used to sell my art work wholesale and this is the best place for me to have my store. I have more sales here than Downtown. I can ship from Hawaii and Alaska for $4! on light items. Some grown pains here but worth it. Stay honest and keep it fun! I am loving it♡

I wish you'd remove the sold items, or at least have a feature to hide them in searches. I think items would sell a lot faster if we didn't have to sift through so many unavailable items! The new feature to make an offer doesn't work for me, it won't let me put in a price. Other than that, I enjoy using the app and always have good experiences.

I like this app so much better than the Facebook sales pages! I've ordered several things and received my first one today and Evey single order over made is en route, within just 1 to 2 days after placing the order. The app itself is user friendly!!

hate the new update. There is a reason this app went from the top ten to barley making top 100. I sold way more and bought way more before the update. It use to show all the new items that people listed on the front page. And it was a lot easier to find better deals and get exposure for your listings.

If they're charging a 10% fee they should as well authenticate items as well. You're paying for what exactly? Just to sell? There's others apps that do that for free, plus they're not very good a solving problems. App was okay now not so okay. Every time my account is under review for the minimum things I say such. I don't sell they PayPal or I only sell they here and posh stupid site really, deactivating it because i m tired of their nonsense.

Really easy to buy and sell items on Mercari. The interface is nice and very easy to use. I also like the community of people that use the app. The customer service team in my personal experience has responded fairly quickly to all problems and concerns that I have had. I like how they offer coupons and such so everyone can save money. I also like how they offer to create shipping labels for you if that's your fancy. I think the only "Yellow Card" I give to Mercari is when it comes to their payouts. At this time, they only process payments once a week, typically on Mondays. I actually like that there is no "middle man" like PayPal because that avoids extra transfer fees and what not. I would prefer they process payments more frequently because you could potentially be waiting a week for your money. Really that's the only thing I could see that could bother people. But really Mercari is a great platform and definitely one of my favorites. Love this app!

Use this code for a free $10 dollars off! CTMQAK The app works great and there are plenty of categories to look through when browsing for things. The only thing that was a downer for me, was the fact that the sellers can cancel your purchase. Besides that, it's pretty cool.

This app SUCKS. There isn't a phone number for help. It's organized poorly. I was suspended and I tried to delete my account but no you pay $3 to do that. I've never seen a bunch of idiots make something so ignorant. Pathedic. You can't have multiple accounts on a phone. Idiots. Just idiots.

I sold something two weeks ago the person took forever to rate me so i had to wait on top of that they had my item. So finally the rated me smh after 3 days and then I had to wait another week for the money to be deposited in my account and i still haven't received my money. This app sucks for a seller!!!!! P.S can yall release my dam money already smh

It's a great app but there's a bug. When I view the items I am selling it doesn't give me an option to edit it. The button at the bottom that usually says 'Edit Item' says 'Buy now' I can't update my profile either. Could HQ please look into it? Thanks

The best buying/selling app I've used! No ads, no spammy listings, and you can chat one on one with whoever you're buying/selling from. I've been using mercari for about a month and I've sold some winter clothes that I don't need anymore, stuff I was planning on just donating anyway! Most of all, its an easy and ethical way to buy the items youve been looking for.

Very unprofessional app for buying and selling. Over charge for shipping, which makes it theft if not going towards the label. Help center is a joke cause they don't offer real help. They'll drop your listings if someone wishes to report you for no reason and won't let you learn why your listings were dropped or defend yourself. Too much shady conduct with this app and company

There are many great deals and most of my transactions have been incredibly easy (Even the messy transactions have been easy). When I had trouble with a transaction mercari support fixed it within that day. I also like that I can choose not to pay for the shipping

This app has some great things about it, but me being a seller I have sent multiple things and they will not give me a rating so I can get my money! Try to message them and they will not answer!!! This new update has lots of scammers! Definitely not that good of an app as it use to be! I'm surly going to another sight!!!

I am in love with this app. You can sell your own items and it really easy you can set it up to wear Mercari sends you a shipping label. Buying things is easy. Very User friendly. I wish you could buy more than one thing at a time.

Its a cool, app. However, if you make a offer and you find a better deal, you can not just cancel your offer. You have to wait 24 hours! By that time i might lose the other item at a better price. Wft!

I have been using Mercari for years and the last two days I haven't been able to use it. Home page works, search works and then notifactions and personal page doesn't work. Fix it. Rating will be changed once problem is fixed.

If you are a seller, THIS APP IS NOT FOR YOU! Your items will NOT be visible at all unless someone just happens to stumble across your profile!! If you are Listing items as a seller you are pretty much wasting your time unless you are patient enough to wait for those people to just happen to stumble upon your account!! NO WAY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! They have the worst customer service, and will randomly revoke user privileges for untrue and faulty reasons. They are accusatory and unhelpful. Don't waste your time.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I received a warning saying that I asked a seller for contact information, but I never did! I even have the screenshots or her stating that I never asked her for anything like that and sent them in. Of course customer service never got back to me (It's been over a week), even after I left several messages. Then another seller asked me for my phone # last night so she could text me more pics of the item and I got a warning that my account was suspended for 24 hours since this is my second time! But there really was never a first time! I made sure to send in screen shots of those texts too, but I'm sure they won't get back to me on this one either! I'll just stick to my other app that doesn't make false allegations against me from now on!

I like this but shipping us too expensive, something that is its lowest shipping price on mercari is way cheaper at the post office. Example, 4 dollars= 2:67. Also it would be awsome if they did an upgrade that you can transfer money to paypal, this is the only online money i have (im 14 btw) and i would like to buy from other places too.

I had $12 woth of credits and used them to buy a DVD for my daughter that was priced at $16. When i went to check out it said my total was $4. I checked out and got an email about my purchase. However the email said i paid $6. Thats what they charged me. Not the $4 I agreed to pay when i clicked checkout on the app! I have tried to get in touch witb Mercari to get it fixed and cant get anywhere! Nobody will contact me about this. This was my first purchase that I have made with them. It will be my last! Do not trust this app! If you have issues they will not help you resolve it. Theres no way to contact them. Ive tried emailing them, sending them a message on Facebook and I have gotten nowhere. Im deleting the app and will let everyone know to never use it. Rip off!!!!!

You can't use words like email, Facebook or any other external apps before getting a warning. RIDICULOUS !! I told a mom I was going to cross post an item if she was interested before going through all that work and I got a"final warning" crazy app. Good bye, not worth it.

I have been seeing the ads non stop. I may have been interested in the using the app after seeing 2 or 3 ads but i have seen upwards of 30 in the last week. I will never use this app now. Over saturation of add space is highly detrimental.

Great site to buy/sell without giving half your money to them! Amazing deals if you take the time too to weed out well worth it this is my go to site for new used everything

Love this app!! So easy to buy and sell stuff! I've already sold a bunch of my junk lol. Would recommend, it's MUCH better than eBay and a lot easier and simpler to use and navigate

Love this app! I use it for most of my buying needs and for all my selling needs. I just began selling and have sold 7 items in 1 month Hands down the best. Poshmark I only had 1 sell in 6 months. Thank you guys!
