About Meraki

This app extends Cisco Meraki cloud management to your Android device, letting you easily monitor your Meraki wireless network.

View the status of your wireless network at a glance, quickly identifying healthy or offline access points. See the details of any Meraki access point on your network and use live tools to verify network connectivity. Monitoring another Meraki network is as easy as selecting it right from the app.

Adding wireless capacity is simple: using the app, scan the barcode of your new access point to add it to your network. It will automatically connect to the cloud, provision itself, and appear in your list of access points.

The most important data about your network is neatly summarized. Daily, weekly, and monthly usage graphs show traffic patterns on your network, and top client charts reveal bandwidth-hungry devices and the mix of iOS, mobile devices, and desktop platforms in your environment.

Want to see something new? Make a wish right from the app — just shake it!

Please fix the switch portion.

Please add full control

Wonderful companion to any Meraki deployment. Could desperately use integration of the Radio Settings tab from the full DB as well as more granular settings regarding SSIDs and SSID availability. Without them I still rely on a laptop for tuning and programming. Would be great to just roam with my phone instead but ces't la vie.

Why is the fade in so slow when I launch the app, I tap and nothing happens because the animation takes so long

U70%
by U####:

Does not let you configure the device ports or access points

T70%

Thanks

F70%
by F####:

It will not let me sort clients by IP. It sorts with all other criteria though, just not IP.

U70%
by U####:

Of course it's not the full dashboard. You want the full dashboard use your browser. The mobile app has what you need at your fingertips.

Easy to manage and monitor networks. Did not previously work on my S6 but working fine now.

Does what I need it to do and morec

Added MV camera makes an already great app even better.

Functionality is severely restricted, compared to the full dashboard. It's best used for quick information, but you can't really manage much. Update: they made it even crappier, removing the option to reboot APs.

E70%
by E####:

It was decent, but now the app just doesn't function. When selecting a ms425-32, the app wigs out just goes back to the list of switches and breaks the whole app from working. It really needs redesigned and more functionality as well. Thank you.

Sweet app

A selling point of Meraki is using configuration templates to manage a fleet of devices rather than each one independently. Unfortunately this mobile application doesn't work when trying to check the status of any such devices, so don't bother with it if that's what you wanted to do. I contacted Meraki support and this has been a known issue since the template feature was introduced, but no ETA on fixing it. In other words, this app is very low on their priority list.

Android 6. This app doesn't work. Disappointed as it used to work great.

U70%

Android 6.0.1 on a Nexus 5. I get nothing but a white screen when I start the app. I can't seem to find any support or troubleshooting info for the app.

I have two networks I admin, one uses standard Meraki auth, one uses SAML credentials. I cannot sign in to the account using SAML credentials.

After update, the option to reboot my device remotely is no longer available?

I don't know of it Marshmallow or what but all I get is a blank white screen.

M70%
by M####:

Good app, but I have a PIN set up and I have to wait for the splash screen to finish fading away before I can enter a PIN. Intensely frustrating.

M70%

Get a splash screen with the logo then just a blank white screen

F70%

But I can't manage my SSIDs settings???

Q70%

I have several MX firewalls configured with templates. All of them will not load in the app so I can get the details. I have a handful that are not bound to a template and they load fine.

App now doesn't open on my Galaxy Rush.

Android 6.0.1, a Nexus 6P. Cannot use the app anymore. Needs updating badly. Judging by recent reviews someone needs to get this app into the present time, or remove it because it is useless as it stands.

I70%
by I####:

Not sure what happened but today it stopped working. I was logged out and have tried all day to log back in without any luck. I checked my other devices and I'm still logged in so I know my network isn't down. Please fix
