I HOPE UBER DRIVE REPLACES YOU IN MY AREA SOON. Cheers for not giving me my refund OR any sort of contact regarding requested refund made a week ago. Thanks for making it hard to contact a human being. And SUPER APPRECIATE you editing my restaurant reviews with no reason or warning. (Since customer service is not your strong suit - all above statements are sarcastic and I'm not actually thanking you at all).

Straight forward way to order food without having to call a noise chaotic shop and repeat the order down the phone 5 times. People giving the app a low rating because of the behaviour of shop employees are dumbasses. It's not the apps fault, just don't order from places that have messed you about in the past! I've never had any drama with the app. Lists all the dishes and their options, 10% off fist order. It's great.

I like the idea of this app but usability is just so poor that I cannot go over 3*. When selecting dishes the app often takes me to restaurant listing. I tend to add things to cart accidentally. It needs work, so please don't stop improving it!

Dont do it. have to wait days for a refund. Stores often ring and cancel if they dont feel like delivering. Customer support is dysmal, takes ages to deliver. Tip#1 Ring the store and ask to pay and deliver directly, much quicker and no bs charges.

I like it but..... They have long wait times...like the stores put menulog orders last or something. I've been charged twice and had no food turn up. Then had to wait 10 days for a refund. But all in all I like the freedom of being able to order stuff like Indian food... Without the accent.

Whoever designed this has a deficiency, the reviews tab wont let you access the top menu list, how am i supposed to click the fricken menu when the useless reviews tab is in the way. Shittest app

Good food app BUT menulog does nothing to police the quality of food. If you order some food and it's terrible there is nothing you can do except just not order from there again. Lol just try and get a refund i dare you.

Search function sucks, restaurants show up for delivery only, not pick up. But i ordered pizza from bed without pants. Overall ok.

Please fix some of the ridiculous bugs in this app. Having to hit the submit order button twice? Seriously. Do some testing

When it works it good. But pretty much every Friday or Saturday night the app and website is crashes. Pretty rubbish

Apps a bit finickity to set up, but if you have repeat orders and already know the restaurant reputation its easy to use

The most difficult app you use to order food. There's just no options and it's not the restaurants fault it's menulog who f things up. That's what u get for hiring cheap labor o/s to do data on your app. Anyway after 2 hours trying to order a pizza, i give up. For the money they get off the restaurants, you'd think they could get their app right? Not worth the money paid.

Soooo glitchy...couldnt change my suburb...took ages to enter card details...very painful experience

It's not a great platform there is no box to say if you have allergies or anything at is basic

It shouldn't take the money from my credit card until the restaurant confirms the order will be done! I placed a $70 order and an hour later called the restaurant and they said they never received the order, but Menulog still took my money. Had to call them and they said it would be refunded the same day but 3 weeks later I still had to chase up where the money had gone.

I am a repeat user of Menulog and love the simple easy to use design. All these issues about non-refund contact paypal directly. I have never had an issue, but that might be due to my local restaurants being awesome. I just love the ease of browsing and choosing the app offers.

This app is hit and miss. Great concept but in the event of a dispute with a supplier menu log will not provide the support to the customer and effectively wipes their hands of the transaction. For a business existing in the social sphere i would anticipate that they would look after their customers better.

Scam scam scam Ordered from a shut restaurant. Got a text saying that I'd be automatically refunded. Paid by paypal. Wasn't refunded automaticly. Talked to people in their team. No customer service or care. Order your food but expect it to never arrive or the call centre to care. Disgusting

I'm a repeat customer. On this most recent occasion, my order wasn't placed with the restaurant but menulog took and held my money. I was routed to a call centre in the Philippines and the operators lied to me telling me my refund would be back in my account within 3 hours, after speaking to their 'supervisor', also told me the id number of the operator. Two days later, money is still not in my account, when I call back im told the supervisor is unavailable, that my money will be a further 3-5 days and then i'm put on hold to wait for the supervisor but the operator just hangs up on me. INCREDIBLY unimpressed with this business. Uninstalling this app and will only be using other competitors going forward. BUYER BEWARE!

App lost order, had to ring resturant twice. Easier and quicker to ring resturant. Took over half hour for confirmation came in. Quicker to ring place, order, drive there, pay and get home before this app places the order. Pointless app.

Not​ bad, but there's no way of knowing before you order how long delivery will take. When you make the order and then find out it'll take over an hour, that kind of sucks.

Our favourite reason for this app is no longer having to deal with people who struggle with the English language! We have had no issues with incorrect orders so far and delivery times are usually better than estimated times...

Its a good app to order. Ready to use. The issue is with wrong orders or late deliveries. They have no way of tracking or fixing issues. Calling customer service is absolutely useless.
