There are many basic features missing that would really help the engineer on site, such as searching for an address, or the ability to create a call even if the customer is not in the data base! .. They ignore feedback, poor support... I would not recommend dealing with this company ! ADDITIONAL: The search feature request was asked for a long time ago, the developers response is welcome but empty. Better copy/paste, no ability to add products, no good for daily use, desperately needs updating!

Phone pings when connected to wifi, in notifications says i have jobs delivered, but doesnt appear in call app. Its annoying. I had to get office to same job 6 times for it to appear.

Would like to see a search function as my office can give me alot of jobs to do .... it would be nice if i could search for a particular site from the jobs i have already recieved ..

Customisable Notification sounds for new jobs would have been a good idea but sadly lacking.

Often after filling out a job. Once device has been locked then opened again all info has disappeared. Samsung galaxy note 10.1

When can we start to get to search clients via a post code and also has an error message come up in and only way to clear it is to close app and reload app
