Barcode scanner needs some work. The image is inverted and reversed which makes it difficult to scan a UPC. Other than that, seems to be fine.

The app itself is lacking in functionality. It should be more than what I can get from the website. Providing functions is the key to customer satisfaction and continued patronage. Scan and storing receipts is important; upto 1 year of the receipt being printed, then clear it out of Menards' servers. Company saves money on server costs and customers are happier!

Search function isn't very intuitive. I have looked for items I know they carry and haven't been able to find them. When I added multiples of an item to my cart I had to change the quantity in the cart as well. When I went to check out I discovered shipping was charged differently for every item. There was also a processing fee. On an order of $22 dollars in product they wanted to charge me about $45 total to ship it to my home. You can get great deals in store, but their online experience is a joke.

What happens to the My Receipts function that you were going to add and were advertising back in May. Sure would be nice to have that.

Not impressed by the layout

It would be a solid 5 star if only I was able to scan and store my receipts. I would say Menards is by far my favorite store so lots of money is spent there which turns into lots of receipts which no one likes to hang on to. Taking away the ability to store them in the app REALLY sucks. I am clearly not the only one who wants this back, so can you work on it please? Also please add your store to the Ibotta app!! That would be super!

It's been a so so app. Terrible search. Then they put in the ability to scan receipts. That was great because you could use it to store purchases. Now for some reason they removed the ability to scan your receipts. Bad choice. I believe I'm being generous giving them three stars

I've used this app for some time now. Was a 5 star but they are slowly removing feature that I valued and that's disappointing. Right now it's still light years better then their competitors. I hope it stays that way. We'll see.

Bring back the ability to scan and store receipts on the app. App is slow overall. Should also be able to show exact aisle where an item is located like Home Depot

I downloaded this app just to save receipts like everyone else. Got to do one and it never worked again. Fix the most useful part of your app, please!

Originally you could add your receipts. That functionality has been removed. This app does not have a lot to offer

App freezes every 5 minutes (not a Wi-Fi issue). A notice will occasionally pop up saying "communication error". The homescreen occasionally pops up as random pixelation. When searching a product and even after filtering criteria, I'll still get random items in the results, sometimes the correct item shows with the wrong variation and I'll have to select that item and change the variation manually, wasting time. When using the product calculator once you save the dimensions, the only way to edit the dimensions is to create an entirely new one. No map to find items in store. No bar code scanner. Ignoring everything I said above, then sure, it's a good app.

Most of my lists are ok. A. Some osb prices do not carry over to list, therefore can not be added to cart. B. When at store, I can not send list to rep, as no wifi. We had to go outside for me to be able to get data, for the rep to hand write the list,then input to his terminal....please add something to fix this.

Search STILL fails part of time - nothing but a blank screen instead of results. Worst is that when it DOES work, it reports false prices. I can't use "after rebate & coupons etc." prices and there's no way to shut that off. WHY is it SO hard for Menards to just make a truthful and accurate search for the things I'm trying to find? HEY! When it does search, the store map works again - rediculous little special effect but it works. (SHEESH...) Where can I get the older version back? This one REALLY needs search working since that's the main reason to have the app at all.

Add receipt function broke and they aren't smart enough to fix it.

Unable to add or scan receipts, three updates ago I could. This is several months and description of the app still states that you can scan receipts.

The only real purpose of the app is for receipts and that's broken. It's been over a month without a fix. Get it together. A month later and a new release and receipts still broken.

I installed the app to scan and save receipts. It worked for one week until early June -- eight receipts -- and after that the '+' sign disappeared. I could bring it back by clicking on the search icon, but then if I clicked the '+' the whole app would crash. The latest update stopped the '+' from showing up when the search icon was tapped. It solved the crashing problem, but only by removing the icon that adds receipts entirely. Please fix this feature.
