The UI needs work but the app is functional.

Every other app for other banks, that I know of, will approve mobil deposits, and give 100% of cash, within a day. I deposited my check two days ago, was approved yesterday, got a small portion of my check last night, still waiting for the rest, well over 48 hours after initially deposited. Now the question becomes, will I get it over the weekend (It's Saturday), or do I have to wait till at least Monday?

Overall the app works well for what I need. It tends to crash a lot so that is a downside when you don't have a computer available.

Dont know what happened now. Just cant log in on app.

Worked fine before latest update. After the update the app refuses to let me sign in. Saying "unable to verify your information" although on the web it works just fine by inputting the same information. Very frustrating at times.

App is a little primitive but functional, except mobile deposit. The camera will not focus no matter what I try. AT&T Note 4 running Android 6.01.

Overtime it updates seems to lose user name and password on mobile devices

Has issues submitting checks sometimes. Remember to log in using same password and name that you use on your home computer.

2 days for a check to go thru, with mobile deposit is absolutely ridiculous, I won't be using the app to deposit checks ever again, but I like ya guys so I'll let it slide, just have to do it the old school way

Constant problems logging in. It will say the password was wrong (it wasn't) and lock us out of everything. Finally had to change the user name and password again. Now I can get in on the website, yet the app won't log in at all!!!

I pretty much just use it to check my balance several times a day. I don't bother with trying to deposit a check through the app as it seems to take 2 to 3 business days to go through.

It used to work great before. Now it doesn't work at all anymore. So disappointed and bummed!

App no longer let's you login after last update. Contacted member services but they said the app works fine and to reinstall. I removed the app, ran CCleaner to remove left over temp files, restarted phone, installed app again and tested....same problem.

Old version worked flawlessly. Have not been able to log into the new version since it rolled out. Please fix the issues.

Tried o install the app 3 times, did not work any of the times. So I went in and got help and the guy behind the desk was no help and had no idea how to fix it. This app is absolute garbage!!!! MCCU is no help. Don't download it.

Love this bank and it features... If you have troubles with the app, go to the bank and they will help you.

Basically all this is good for is checking your balance and transferring $$ from 1 account to another. Still sending my checks in the mail or going to a location to deposit them, poor thinking!

login information never works, but works online on my computer, 5 times reinstalling app which was suggested by the bank

I have zero clue why people put bad reviews for this app it's easy to use and flawless I have had no problems with this app.

Need to register on computer, but you can use the same user name and password. Just needs to be set correctly, better than old app.

Randomly started saying it couldn't verify my information, I can log into my account just fine on the webpage.

Before the update this app worked just fine. Had to uninstall the old version because it wouldn't connect and once I installed the new version I found that all the problems everyone else listed here were real. I miss the convenience of being able to check my balance whenever...thanks "technology"

There was nothing wrong with the original app. Now can't even access my accounts. You guys are idiots.

Kept telling me my username was incorrect and when I actually connected it kept asking me security questions I never set for my account

I agree- please bring the previous app back. It was much more efficient and user friendly. The new app freezes up on my android phone. I can no longer access my loans through mccu and the transfer tool is frustrating. I have to keep changing what accounts I wish to transfer to before I can select the correct one.

Bring back the old App, because you idiots did this I wasn't able to transfer the money I needed to transfer to my checking on time!

Members Cooperative didn't tell anyone, but in order for this app to work, you have to use your login info that you would put in on their official website instead of the separate login info that this app used to allow you to create. It isn't glitched, just a miscommunication!

I can't even get into my bank account. It keeps on saying my password might be expired.

Awful, tells me that my password might be expired but it worked fine on the other app.

New ability makes my life easier.
