Pitiful app, assigned me a random birthday, double billed me for dues and keeps prompting me to fill out my profile even though I have done this a half dozen times. The pages are too busy and I am not a group admin but I still have all the admin tools cluttering up my interface. I sincerely wish my group would have used a different provider for membership management because this one is awful!

This is a great back office starter for small business owners like myself. Especially one like me thats a bit unorganized :)

Still waiting for corrective action to be done. In the Mobile App I can't view my membership cards. A must for our member benefits around town. The app also has issues with birth of births

I don't understand why the app needs access to my photos, and other prrsonal information on my phone. If the Air Force is going to force this app on people to stay members in the Club system, they will see a noticeable drop in membership

The member planet SITE is actually great, but the APP does NOT work (at least not on my Android.) I have to use it for my children's band...had to keep "re-joining" even though I was continually signed in correctly. I paid for an item through the app and never received notice it went through... eventually the app just kept saying the main server was down. I gave up and uninstalled. I still have to use Memberplanet, but I log in through my browser. DO NOT INSTALL the app! Just saying...

I can't download app. I got a message download pending. I will give them five working days and if it's not fixed I'm going to request my money back.
