Here is an update... I sent feedback about my problem that many others had too. The bug was fixed almost immediately. Now that is service!! The same problems as others reported. Every time I try to use it, it says unfortunately it has stopped. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It worked one time and then crashed again.

Will not open. Keep getting message..."Unfortunately, MemberCard has stopped". Tried uninstalling, re-installing, and still nothing. When we got our actual member card, it came with info about the app, and I installed immediately. It WAS great to look up different benefits, and I even used it at a local restaurant. But there seems to have been a recent update, and ever since then... nothing. I would give ZERO stars if I could. If it gets fixed, I could re-rate. FIX THIS!!! PLEASE!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Every time I install the app and attempt to create an account I have no success! After inputting my email address and creating a password, it doesn't allow me to input my access code. My code has an S in it, and every time I type the S, the app changes it to a 5. This results in an incorrect code and, of course, the app won't create an account. Very frustrating and extremely disappointing. It's difficult to believe my station, NET, has allied itself with this horrible app.

There is a 'renew' button but it doesn't actually do anything. Finally managed to reactivate, but not very intuitive. App itself is clunky but useable

I tried to create an account and use the activation code on my member card, following the instructions. I got a message that my activation code doesn't exist but my card is good until 2/17.

Great dining resource if you choose to list "by distance" while traveling around. I've found a ton of good places I never even knew existed before!

LOGIN IS INOPERABLE! I HAVE AN EXISTING ACCOUNT. The recent update loaded BUT the app is still not recognizing my login! And, it's asking for a K-something code! FIX THIS APP! Sent from my Verizon Droid Turbo

Uses an old database for locations. If towns share a zip code some of those cities and towns won't be displayed as choices. Crashed at confirm location every time, and had to rebooth phone.

Even after several password resets, I cannot login. And there is no customer service for this app. It should be removed from Play Store until it's fixed.

Makes it pretty easy to see where you can get your MemberCard offers nearby. Simple & quick interface with a list and map. Not a ton of functionality beyond viewing the offers, but very simple & quick.

Fast loading and so easy to use; sort alphabetically or by distance. Map interface works great. Makes it easy to find where I can use my benefits.
