About fall asleep for adults free
It has been demonstrated that music helps to relax. However, to help in sleep initiation, music must adapt itself to the state of the person. Placing the smartphone over the mattress, the empathic player will identify the state of sleepiness based on the movements, and will adapt the music to facilitate sleep initiation.
