I don't really like the update for the app.I HATE that I have to click the arrow to go to the next date to see what clients are scheduled. It was so much easier to swipe my finger and it go to the next date, especially if I'm going back and forth looking at dates if I need to reschedule people. I wish you would change it back to swiping to the next date!!

My small start up medical practice uses mytime and we have been very satisfied with the web version. The app is a new feature, and has been very useful. It has some growing to do but as a supplement to the web version it works just fine. The customer service is excellent and they are always adding new features, sometimes based on our feedback as end users. I have used a lot of practice management/EHR systems and by far find this to be the most comprehensive, intuitive and user friendly product. I expect the app will catch up with the web version in no time.

I can't stand MyTime. I only use it because my company does, but we're constantly dealing with glitches and problems and consistently having to contact tech support where they have a knack at explaining it's somehow our fault. I just downloaded the update and now it glitches when I try to make appointments. I can't look up clients which now makes this useless.

I use this for my Mobile Auto detailing business. It serves as a huge part of my business from tracking my business revenue to scheduling to processing my credit card payments for a fraction of what it would cost me to pay someone to do it. Never Mind the integration with my website and being able to offer professional online booking for my customers that actually works and is user friendly.. Fantastic!!

This has totally streamlined taking appointments at my shop. Everything is done online for my 7 barbers. I absolutely love it. I did spend the $300 a year for the extra services they offer, so I'm not sure how great the app would be without that investment.

This is appointment scheduling and client management like it was meant to be done. You can manage your appointments in real-time, check client notes and history, and even chat or send photos to your clients. It works super with multiple employees and locations so everyone gets their own login. My favorite feature is setting custom prices for services I provide so my clients are charged exactly what we agree on during the appointment.
