MyTime Scheduler for Merchants

Very simple and easy to use

I don't really like the update for the app.I HATE that I have to click the arrow to go to the next date to see what clients are scheduled. It was so much easier to swipe my finger and it go to the next date, especially if I'm going back and forth looking at dates if I need to reschedule people. I wish you would change it back to swiping to the next date!!

My small start up medical practice uses mytime and we have been very satisfied with the web version. The app is a new feature, and has been very useful. It has some growing to do but as a supplement to the web version it works just fine. The customer service is excellent and they are always adding new features, sometimes based on our feedback as end users. I have used a lot of practice management/EHR systems and by far find this to be the most comprehensive, intuitive and user friendly product. I expect the app will catch up with the web version in no time.

Most efficient scheduling app I've used so far. I've never experienced an outage and I love texting with clients from my business instead of my personal number!

I can't stand MyTime. I only use it because my company does, but we're constantly dealing with glitches and problems and consistently having to contact tech support where they have a knack at explaining it's somehow our fault. I just downloaded the update and now it glitches when I try to make appointments. I can't look up clients which now makes this useless.

Great app for business

I have really grown to love this app. I was really frustrated with it at first then it started working better. I love how the company employees will call me to confirm my clients and also to let me know they've left a message. Very happy!

I use this for my Mobile Auto detailing business. It serves as a huge part of my business from tracking my business revenue to scheduling to processing my credit card payments for a fraction of what it would cost me to pay someone to do it. Never Mind the integration with my website and being able to offer professional online booking for my customers that actually works and is user friendly.. Fantastic!!

Edit buttons not working. Just toggles activate and deactivate.

This has totally streamlined taking appointments at my shop. Everything is done online for my 7 barbers. I absolutely love it. I did spend the $300 a year for the extra services they offer, so I'm not sure how great the app would be without that investment.

MyTime is saving small businesses thousands of dollars annually by reducing no-shows, increasing customer visit frequency and making it simple for new customers to book online. A must have for any small business owner!

Won't connect to proper business account. Crashes any time I open client profiles when I can actually connect to the account. Not a helpful app!

Mytime app has been a mind changing experience for me. For 37 years I've been writing clients Information in an appointment book manually. And now I'm entering clients on the Mytime app. Its simple, fast and my clients are finding that its simple to use and is a time saver. At Mytime the service they've rendered, is far more then I had expected. Helping me with questions I have is always first and foremost on their minds. They truly care and want to help my Barber shop progress now and for the future.

This app makes it easy to keep track of all my appointments on the go, add new appointments, and even reach my customers... Everything is accessible right there on my phone. I can even call or message any customer with one touch. A must have for businesses big and small! Edited to add: I have just discovered that I send pictures to my clients and they can reply in turn. I can even invoice customers, right from the app. Nothing slips through the cracks. Now they have added a point of sale and color coding!

So frustrating. This app can't open with out crashing first. Not a good first impression

Amazing app for an awesome calendar

Very user friendly and easy and such an innovative way for businesses to stay organized!

This is appointment scheduling and client management like it was meant to be done. You can manage your appointments in real-time, check client notes and history, and even chat or send photos to your clients. It works super with multiple employees and locations so everyone gets their own login. My favorite feature is setting custom prices for services I provide so my clients are charged exactly what we agree on during the appointment.

Allows you to quickly and easily mange your bookings anywhere you have your smart phone or tablet. I might even start using this over the pc just for the convenience!

A consumer marketplace and a merchant scheduler/crm tool integrated into 1 platform. I can't believe how easy this is to communicate with clients and book appointments right from my phone.
