I installed and unistalled the app several times and don't work, I'm getting white screen after I sign in. Don't work I have a Galaxy Note 5. I try on my wife Iphone and work only on iPhone can u please fix this app to work on Samsung Galaxy phones thank yoh

can't say I lost customers because of it like so of the other comments. But would have thought that after 6months of the app not working on new phones it would have been. If this gets fixed will switch to 5 stars.

I have to give 1 star because it won't load. It just goes to a white screen and stays there.

Freezes the phone with a white blank screen, I have to power off. Tried 3 different times with uninstal etc.

I use it on my LG phone and get a black screen immediately after trying to submit a pictured document. I have installed and uninstalled. It seems like the developer didn't really test this out across various mobile operating systems. I highly suggest this gets resolved or the company will lose out on a lot.

I just get a white screen. No matter how many times I try to install and Uninstall.

This is a waste of time...call me when you have something that orders and has a catalog of products and specials. This is a less than zero!

After snapping a picture of a document the screen goes black and I cannot upload anything. :(

Would not work. After logging in a white screen appeared & would never log in.

So just looking through some of the other reviews complaining about a white screen over a year ago it is increasingly clear they have no intention of fixing this app. I have 3 Android phones around my house and it did not work on any of them which include: Nexus 6p, Huawei honor 5x and an LG Leon. Even when you open the iOS version of this app it pops up a disclaimer letting you know their app is out of date and will slow down your iPhone.

PESIMA!!! He instalado y desinstalado la app para ver si funcionaba mejor pero nada. Primero no tomaba bien la foto la hoja se veia borrosa, (y no es mi telefono) segunda al momento de tratar de enviar la hoja la pantalla se ponia negra y me sacaba del app. Pesima no la recomiendo.

The document I wanted to send is crisp and clean but the image of it is fuzzy on my screen.

HORRIBLE! I have lost several clients due to the failure of this app. I am very upset that I get a blank white screen on my brand new Samsung Galaxy 6 plus-and I have a client that is very angry because she wanted to cancel-in writing using this app-and now we are jumping through hoops to keep her from getting a back up order! I cannot do business with this app-and it's hurting my paycheck. It's been since December 2015, and they can't figure this out? I LOVE the products and company, but HATE this stupid app. Can't you find another service for your Directors? Thank u

Doesn't work on my galaxy S5 gives me the option to upload but screen then goes black and nothing happens. Tried it on my LG Glad 8 and when I sign in blank white screen never responds

A great site a few months ago, but it's NOT WORKING NOW on my Samsung Galaxy Note 2. I have reported this 5 times. Please fix.

It worked perfectly on my Samsung S5 device to make an immediate 35/75 base point change.

Can not get it to download on my new phone worked great with my other samsung.

I have uninstalled an reinstalled several times. AS OF TODAY 10/30/2015 the app still does not give me anything other than a white screen. Please update for the note 5. All I get is a white screen.

Use daily, never a problem.

It has been sending duplicated forms, and charging people money.
