Prescription refills that are rejected by insurance or awaiting reauthorization appear to be in process but just sit there forever. Pharmacy staff told me, "We don't have both of them today." Tell your customers that their scripts are held up by greedy insurance and drug companies! Don't tell them, "We're really just a middleman in this situation" when they realize they're not ever getting their medication.
It's a decent app. However, I have two prescriptions that have been stuck in process for months that have no way of getting removed from the list. This causes confusion when trying to keep track of which prescription is actually in progress when requesting these prescriptions again.
Needs work. I've tried logging on but forgot my password. Tried to reset my password and was directed to create a new account. Tried to create a new account and was directed to go back and reset my password because I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT.
This app sucks now. It has prescriptions all over the place. I submit refills and they don't go through. It's better to use chrome than this POS!
The app works fine for me. No issues at all. Only thing that would be nice is the option to add a second phone number for text notifications when refills are due and then ready for pick up... Galaxy S7
There used to be a way to see prescriptions with no refills left so you could ask for the pharmacy to contact your doctor for authorization. Now you have to call the pharmacy which is a hassle.
Seems to not be used friendly. Selecting the date of birth for a family member starts in January 1980, then requires you to scroll through by the month. The refills notifications sometimes aren't appearing to work.
It has worked fine until today It brings me to the log in page which was set to remember my username and password it still has my login info showing But when I try to login it says there is a technical issue and to call you for help and gives no contact number.
I can't even click "sign in" to look at my prescription. The app does nothing.

Good concept but Major login bugs and bugs trying to confirm phone #. A bit too basic to be all the way useful. No interim status displayed for prescriptions that are in process, out of stock, etc. Just refill available or complete. When you select to refill, it still shows you that you can refill..and says this until they fill it. Awkward.
I was able to previously refill my rxs via the app but now I can't. I just get error since I was forced to update the app. Im not able to even refill via the name like I was able to before. Very inconvenient. Then you go and ask for feedback immediately when I open the app without allowing me to use it. Fix it and I'll give a new review.
Vast improvement over the old app. Much cleaner design and everything still works for me. Only issue I might have is that I didn't get push notifications for my recent refills. Not sure if I properly have them enabled, though.
The app was very useful for tracking and filling prescriptions. After the last update though, things didn't seem to go as smooth. Prescriptions aren't showing as completed, even though they are when I call the pharmacy. Refills aren't showing. And error messages keep popping up when I do try to refill something.
Ever since the app was overhauled, it's been entirely unusable. Can't easily get into the pharmacy mperks rewards. It lists numerous prescriptions as "In Progress" yet none of them are actually being filled. Refills show improper verbiage regarding doctor authorization. Logs you out for no reason. Refill requests time out. Simply horrible...the only thing worse is their website. Go back to the older, less pretty system. At least that one worked.
Update has basically made this app useless to me. It worked well before why did they mess with a good thing?
I just downloaded the app and my percriptions are not up to date and there's names of doctors I've never met on my prescriptions in the app...so useless. This was the first time the app, I tried to refill a percription I got last month (I have a years worth of scripts) of medication and app says I'm out and the Dr is incorrect, then I looked at my scripts and many drs are incorrect and asks me to refill things I haven't taken in years.
The employees themselves at the New Albany, Indiana location are wonderful. They must try really hard to do as good as they do.
I love the ease of the app and would give it 5 stars but it keeps asking me to verify my e-mail but doesn't recognise it.
I like the app a lot once I'm in, but it crashes every time I open it.
I have not had any issues with the app. It's easy and convenient!
Very grateful they finally got this app. It makes refilling and managing my prescriptions a breeze. Love it!
Haven't had any problems
It just takes way too long to fill anything.
Seems to work better now than it did 2 months ago.
This app sure helps me keep up with my meds.

Having something on auto-refill and then suddenly running out of refills is the worst. I assume that I don't have to worry about these, but there is no notification when my refills run out! And then I have to wait days for my doctor to write a new script and then for it to be filled. FIX THIS PLEASE.
