Melhorou, mas ainda precisa de alguns ajustes, especialmente em ter alguma informação disponível do utilizador Offline como por exemplo o cartão virtual, dados dos voos, boading passes...

Cannot enter the date of birth manually, need 15 minutes to enter it with calendar...

The update took out functionalities! And still I cannot access my boarding pass on the app. Not only now we have to pay to change seats, but now you decide to make the app suck? Well played, next move is to drag out of the plane a doctor by force?

The new app is not working properly. It will not allow me to log in using old or new credentials on a consistent basis. I can't see my upcoming trips so the app is not good.

In general is good but not being able to save my boarding pass is annoying. A feature available in IOS.

The previous version was great. This one does not even tell me my next flight!!! It's a Bruxelles coach air... And it simply does not appear as it used to... Also... The layout is really bad... Please roll back to the previous version.

Latest version loses a lot of functionality, no ability to track your progress on how many segments or miles you still need to reach the next level. Not able to see all reservations, just a few, digital card doesn't open, no ability to change check from your reservation, you'll have to manually enter check-in again typing everything or go to the full website on a pc. Does not allow to download the pkpass version of the Victoria card or the pkpass directly from the check in if you are on android, you can do it on pc then receive it on the email... Too much jumping around to get anything done.

Não permite guardar o boarding pass portanto é completamente inútil.

Tap is a guest at the Warsaw airport since years, but the app authors seem to not know it, or maybe they have been simply ignoring Polish customers (and many others too, as the countries list is piteously short). This situation is inacceptable and gives TAP bad name.

Even if you login it doesn't store your information so you have to enter the frequent flyer program number every time you book. I had to start the reservation process three times for the same reservation because of random errors and in another reservation the app managed to confirm the booking even though I haven't paid for it. Messy and uses a ton of mobile data. Really a mirror of the rest of the company

This app has a lot of bloat on it. The only thing you might need an airline app for is to save your boarding card, and this feature doesn't work.

Does not store boarding card - I have to check in each time I want to retieve it. Cannot find my booking, even after I have checked in online on phone and on pc. Wasted a lot of my time

Useless. Need a pin to login and tap Victoria have not provided me with one.

This has to be the worst Airline app there is. Does not store your flights, doesn't even store your boarding passes! It's too complicated and you can't do simple things as buy extra luggage, just like the new website it's completely useless! The worst part is that it has been bad for years with no improvement despite the new design...

This app disappointed lots. No way to save boarding card so its available offline. Even airline staff at check-in couldnt navigate to it. Have to go online to view in the manage checkin, which is a pain. No way to email boarding pass either.

The user cannot choose the language of the app. Good luck if you download it in the wrong country.. :(

terrible, the UX doesnt make any sense, I checked in a flight and I couldnt find it in any place on the app. Star investing money in a real software dev company like raynair app, because this one is just terrible

I downloaded the app for the convenience of checking in for my flight early to avoid the queues at the airport. However the app doesn't let me check in even though I am within the 72 hours required.

O login por PIN no site da tap deixou de ser usado. Mas nesta app é a única forma de fazer login. Logo... não se consegue fazer login.

This app is always crashing and doesn't even store your boarding pass which I would argue is probably one of the top features any traveller would be looking for in the app.

On the tap site you can choose a pin with letters. The app login only allows numbers. Well done!

Não guarda as reservas offline. Absolutamente inútil! Aprendam qualquer coisa com a Ryanair

Criar login.... Primeiro nome é último como português que sou tenho 2 no primeiro e 2 no sobrenome não deixa... número telefone.... Preciso de 11 dígitos só deixa 9 quando a mesma aplicação reconhece a minha localização e insere logo o código do país... O problema vêm depois. Assim é inútil.

Login complicated, can't remember data. Boarding passes not remembered. Miles login is a mess. May as well just print boarding passes from laptop (ah, nostalgic 2005).

Vou remover, chega a publicidade agora querem mais informações ainda?????
