There's not enough people for it to work the way I belive it's supposed to work, yet. I belive it works by texting anyone in the vacinity with this app but not sure. So if a bunch of people had this you could ask a group of people a question which I think could be pretty cool as a group colaboration type thing. Any way we will see.
