Rotation Manager - Control for Android
It works... Most of the time, it will work for a while and then it will flip the screen back so I have to go through the menus to disable and re-enable it. Then it will repeat it. When I'm on chrome it works for about 5 minutes and then it quits.
Took a while to enable, active controls in tutorial? Very confusing. However so far app works
The only issue is that it stops functioning when you lock. So when you unlock you have to wait through 2 screen rotations.
Failed as soon as I tried to enable it, then it seemed like it was working and yet the apps I tried it on still behaved as if it were not enabled.
Unfortunately it keeps freezing or crashing. Could be that my phone doesn't have enough memory. Works again after reboot.
Recent update to HTC one m8 made it fail. Worked nicely before. Please fix
It used to work great with older Androids. In Marshmallow, it always crashes with a SecurityException. (Crash report sent to developers.)
I've used this so for years, but now it stopped working on my moto g with the lollipop upgrade. I'll keep it installed, but it's worthless right now. Hopefully it gets fixed.
Please add the possibility backup/restore setting. The app is crashing after Marshmellow update. I believe app reset will fix the issue, but I'll loose all settings :(
Super. andriod5.1 gallery section dont have landscape rotation for images.. So.. By this app i enable gallery both potrait and landscape mode now while seeing my pic in gallery when i turn rotate my device automatically images also turning.. Grate Thank u. Lot
I've tried several of these apps and it's the only one that has per-app settings, works with Android 5.x, and is easy to use. It could look a bit nicer but it's good enough.
Slight bug. The option to change the orientation of an app (portrait or landscape lock) doesnt work on the notification screen. Please help?
Still crashing in MM weeks after reporting the issue.
It fixed my problem of having to rotate the phone everytime I open Youtube or Twitch. 5/5.
Keeps crashing and doesn't do anything.
Does not work as advertised. Galaxy S7E on Nougat (no root)
Doesn't work on nougat. Seems to have been abandoned after lollipop.
I wanted it to make YouTube the only auto rotating app and the individual settings aren't working.
Yayyyy!! It works. Spent ages trying to get my phone into landscape mode manually, to no avail. This app does it instantly. Thank you!
Perfect app for apps you want to use rotation on and off without keep changing the settings. Works fine on my n5 and t2 ultra!
Keeps crashing out and when it doesn't crash out the forced portrait setting isn't working all apps keep rotating. Same goes for pro version.
False advertising. Said it includes reverse option but it's only available for the paid version. This is the free version.
For now, It's 5 stars. It's doing what i wanted to do, which is to rotate apps that are locking rotation. The other apps I've tried work at first, but then causes more issues than helping. We'll see with this one.
In marshmallow it doesn't work, it keeps crashing and crashing. But I guess it's still a great app. I hope I can use it soon
Works most of the time. Sometime for some reasons it will screw up or not change at all. But the VERY annoying time was I found out I couldn't install ANY app as the INSTALL button was not working at any orientation. Turn out this app mask out the button so it doesn't work. Disabled the Rotation Manager and I could install apps. Enabled again and not working. Should have just one star but I give two because there's no Ads.
Like well so far. Even makes the native rotation control less sensitive. Before you didn't know which way the screen was turning. Couldn't even sit phone down.
I just installed it on my new note 4... not working. Like the idea - all sounds good, but it's not working
I've searched forever for an app that could enable landscape lockscreen while leaving other apps alone. And I don't have to deal with an spacy notification if I don't want to. It also doest interfere with the built in rotation much.
Doesn't work sometimes, but when it does it works phenomenally. Adds rotation to home screen and other apps. If you have an issue with side effects of rotating an app then turn off the rotation that affects the app; Don't blame the rotation manager for something that has nothing to do with it. Some apps just don't rotate (usually games).
Amazing!!! This tool helps much! Especially for Android 2.3! The others don't have Per App Config --->>> You're the only one hero here!!!
This is the only app I found that does the business with Android 5.5.1. Well done you guys!
One of the best apps around. Does everything I want and even allows customization of each individual app. Cant get better than that!
Would be nice to transfer settings to the paid version. I bought it and now I gotta set it up again? I wish I had root. All this needs is a 4 way non forced mode that allows full rotate until the user turns off auto rotate manually within the same app.
No need to b replaced my damaged touch pad nexus 5
Can't even get one app (chrome) to auto rotate on lollipop 5.1.1 Uninstalled.
It a great all i one app for all the apps in your phone. thanks to the developer
Keeps losing the ability to change rotation types from notification bar, locking me into portrait
Doesn't work with Android 6

I used this app in the past and it was great...but now, it doesn't work at all. I know how to use the app so it's not user error. Apps I have forced into landscape still rotate (very annoying when laying down to read an article and having it rotate just because I moved my hands to scroll). Even my Home screen rotates...I uninstalled and will find another app. Thanks for the years of good service though...
