I loved this until some of the free books were taken away! We bought the second snow white book because the first one was in the free section only to have them take back the first part and try to get us to pay for it! I contacted them and the book was returned the next day. Overall I like this app much better than others I've tried.

Loved the app until I tried paying for unlimited access. I put in the answer to the math question, takes me to another online page, and the page doesn't have any option to pay. I put in my credit card info in the payment information link, but I'm still not able to pay.

I am very upset. This app has no real tech support. I can't play any of the books I purchased. The app error is decryption error, but now after complaint it never loads. I wouldn't spend another dime on this app.! I will say we loved while it worked.

I liked the app. I liked that it read the books to you but when I tried to purchase a book or a subscription it took me to another website and I wasn't able to purchase another book. I was very disappointed. It has a lot of potential but after you read the 3 books that they give you free you're stuck. I wish the problems was corrected. My daughter really enjoyed the app.

I'm unable to pay for the additional books. I love the 3 free books and wanted to subscribe to have access to unlimited books, however the website re routed me to the app and app re routed me to the website. Very frustrating considering this is the best app for books, and my son loves it.

My daughter had it on her Nabi that no longer works. I got her a tablet and want to set the app up but I can't pay or open any of the other books available, only the three free ones.

Every time I try to sign up it tells me to download the app, I did!!! So how do I sign up for the reading club!?! I tried on my computer and I still can't figure it out help anyone!!!!

I want to give it a big 0. I am going to to install this bad app

I don't like that they're telling you to sign up for 2 free books. And after you sign up they take the free books away and now all you have left are the books you have to buy. That's consider a scam

This app is so much fun to read and I read all night until I am sleepy and when I woke up I started finishing my book that I was reading at night and I even read it when it is a rainy day and when I sometimes get bored I read it too I love this app.

My daughter loves this app and enjoys reading the big selection of books. I'm am very disappointed that even with the paid membership you are unable to read or access the books off line. Considering canceling my membership and looking else where. :(

I have downloaded the app for my boys it work we first downloaded it however does not work any longer. Email the support team and they said there was nothing wrong with it. Since then it has gotten even worse. Cannot access the books and has to be connected to the Internet every time a book is opened so it can re-download. Very disappointed and frustrated. Had to give it 1 star but it really doesn't deserve that one star with how poor the app is.

Having trouble with the read to you function, starts to read to you and then just stops, not cool. Have tried restarting loving out and back in and nothing.

It was very generous you guys giving me all those free books. Thanks. Meanwhile, i hope that you guys will fix the problem so that I can subscribe. Thanks again.

What a rip off!! I paid for some books and had a subscription a while back, uninstalled it, then reinstalled it due to blank pages and glitches , now i dont have any books except for the 3 free books, not fair. Nice way to steal from poeple and there kids. Please fix it.

I would give it a 5 star but it had a lot of things to be fixed , you couldn't see some words it was hard to read for my son & for me please fix it .

It's a good app my small child loves it but my bigger one says it's too boring better have some more books of grade 6,7,8....

after signing up only the three free books show up. It keeps popping up saying refreshing. I have deleted and re- installed to no avail. Please fix this problem as my son loves ALL the books, especially the ones that never want to show up

Contact support having issues with app. Told me to uninstall and reinstall. Still didn't work, no contact back. Books don't work, plus you have to buy subscription or the book.

Having a hard time trying to subscribe. Been going in circles following and clicking the buttons it says to click. Getting frustrated and about to delete this app depending on the response I get after emailing someone for help.

I have a subscription with meegenious but I cannot access any of my books because it gives me a decryption error message. When I emailed the company about the issue, the did not respond to my first email, I sent another and they said it would be resolved, but the issue has not been resolved.

I tried to pay the $5. I set up an account, logged in, it asked me a math question, then bring me online to the website, the website said to download the app. I already have the app. Poor technical support. An app that won't allow you to purchase.

I was able to subscribe and tried to cancel it and nothing gets done. And the 4.99 is still being deducted monthly from my account it's been months. According to their customer service they emailed me a password reset which I have yet to receive. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Would like some more free selections but this is my first time trying this app so hopefully they will add more books to the free library. The reading could be slowed down a bit so my 7 yr old can follow along better.

I try to subscribe so my son can test this out with his new cubby, but it takes me to the website, which then tells me to download the app... Which comes factory installed on the cubby tablet. Ive been chasing this circle for over an hour now with no luck. Needless to say I have a very upset six year old now....

I'd love to see a setting to change to "night mode" to darken the background from blue with clouds to black. Also please make it possible to store the app and books on external storage, micro sd card!

This app is EXTREMELY frustrating! The concept is great, but you only get a handful of books for free. I don't mind paying the monthly subscription fee, but you CAN'T SUBSCRIBE! I've been trying to subscribe, but it is like a ridiculous endless loop. I try to subscribe through the app, but then it sends me to the website. I try to subscribe through the website, but it sends me back to the app. It's like a dog chasing its tail. I sent a message to customer support, and I received an automated message saying someone will get back to me, but that was 2 days ago. They need to get their stuff together before releasing this to the public. Great idea, but some of the worst execution I have ever seen. Very, very terrible!

It doesn't allow me to sign up for 700 books for $5 a month. Every time I click on the offer it send me to the same page every time wether I do it from the app or on the internet. Please change this I would like to get a membership!

It's great but I paid for 3 months and I can't get every book my child chooses to read. I tried getting a few different books and it sends me to the website where I order for additional months. I still have 2 more months of reading. Just a little annoyed.

I just downloaded the app and read the reviews. Doesn't look to good seems like everyone is having problems with book reading to them or singing up. Because of this I have decided not to join. Sounds like a great app but only if it works. Sorry

Too expensive u have to pay for books that aren't on my books which is like all the good books but cinderrella and the wizard of oz aren't that bad. Meegenius yeah right more like Meestupid.

The app is for kids but it's really good for learning English I found. The book is easy enough to read for beginners. Another good thing is audio book, you can read and listen at the same time. The price is good as well, monthly subscribtion fee is cheaper than buying each book. You can read a lot and save money a lot.

I've had this app for 3 months on my daughter's tablet, and she does not have over 700 titles to choose from. I have sent emails to cancel my subscription and there is still a monthly recurring charge.

My daughter only being 18 months love it...it reads to her and she enjoys listening. Awesome app.

But its still good! I'm only nine years old and I still like it! Please add Kids vs Life!

The price for the year is very reasonable and we have a limitless supply. LOVE the cultural diversity of the books. We enjoy them at least 3 nights a week. Plus it's easy for my 5 year old daughter to navigate on her own.

I like the concept; however, for some reason I unable to purchase the monthly subscription through Google Play!
