About MyCareLink Smart™ US
Medtronic makes it easy for heart device patients to stay connected to their doctor. The MyCareLink Smart Monitor for pacemaker patients, including CRT-P, combines a Reader and an app, making this a convenient way to send heart device information remotely to your doctor between clinic visits or whenever you’re not feeling well. The app can only be used with a MyCareLink Smart Reader, which is prescribed by the patient’s doctor.
The MyCareLink Smart™ Mobile App allows Medtronic pacemaker patients, including CRT-P, to:
• Send heart device information wherever you go*− just remember your Reader
• See the date you last sent heart device information to your clinic

Update: Does not work with Pixel XL Those having trouble connecting, check your Bluetooth settings, some devices connect automatically others you have to manually do so. So far it's not compatible with ICD's.

Being on my 4th pacemaker and going through this craziness since age 3, this truly made me feel like the future has arrived. Gone are the days of using the magnet, ducking dial in sessions, and reordering stickers. Thanks Medtronic, couldn't be easier and worked great with the HTC 10! For those of us who refuse to pay for a landline, this is great. Thanks again!!!!

Medtronic is innovating. It is nice to be able to connect with my cardiologist and cardiac care team on the go, anywhere there is WiFi. Having two Medtronic implanted devices, cardiac and Baclofen Pump, I'm impressed with the innovation to make things more convenient, simpler and easier.

It's accurate, and I can travel with it! Lost my landline and being on my 4th pacemaker, I don't have to worry about running home to do my transmissions.
