Medtronic ScreenLink is an evidence based App for quality of care improvement, helping to ensure that access to device therapy provided to heart failure, post-MI and SCA/VF/VT patients is aligned with the latest European, US and UK scientific guidelines.

Medtronic ScreenLink is designed to facilitate screening of patients qualifying for ICD and/or CRT therapies.
Healthcare providers who use the ScreenLink app are armed with the latest evidence-based ICD/CRT European, US and UK guidelines gaining immediate access to device therapy decision support.
Clinicians and patients can be assured that treatment is aligned with best-practice medicine and is therefore likely to produce improved patient outcomes.

NOTE: patients affected by Brugada or Long-QT syndromes are not evaluated by this system. The ScreenLink app derives from a larger homonimous web application with similar purposes including the ability to link healthcare providers along the clinical patient pathway, enabling improved and more coordinated care.
