MedMonitor Data, Pill Reminder

This app is a simple, easy to use tool providing you reminders, schedule, reports, data entry for your medications and health data including glucose, blood pressure, and weight readings.

You get a dashboard view showing last data entry and next reminder for all your meds and readings

You can edit med name, image, reminder time, schedule, refill date in one screen, and easily switching reminder on or off for each med individually.

You will receive notification automatically when reminder is due. You can simply confirm med taken or enter your readings within the notification. You can also record any reading or medication event at anytime in the app with two clicks

Report is provided for medications, glucose, blood pressure, and weight. You can either glance at the most recent entries or click to see the complete weekly report for each category.

With easy reminders of all your pills and readings, plus simple data recording and management of the same, you are in control of your medication adherence and tracking the improvement of your health.
