Medlife - Delivering Medicines

It's very good app. I have 2 suggestions. One is provide an option to search medicine without uploading the prescription. Second one is make available invoices soft copies in app or thorough mail once it is delivered. Also I couldn't able to find vitamin tablets like MG3D3 60000 U. Please make those also available

Medlife has Fast service, decent availability and good discount. They give one day or even earlier delivery when medicines are available. But sometime when medicine is not available, the delivery time may keep changing by 1 day everyday without a communication. Which can turn out annoying. This should be improved and customer should be well informed. Other than this issue, I had great experience with Medlife.

Pathetic service with no customer focus at all.Status shows medicines packed & on their way to be delivered, since 5 days for the order placed on 29/12/17. Delivery date & time changing on regular basis past 5 days. Call centre people giving false promises & assurance daily about delivery of medicine. No corrective action taken even after launching official complaint on the app.

Never use Medlife to order medicine. They are rescheduling your order without informing you. My order have been rescheduled 3 times and almost 5 days delay. Still didn't received my medicine and they are not even answering to the complaints. Customer care number is also not working. Worst experience ever. Don't waste your time to save few money in name of discount.

Horrible experience.Received wrong and damaged medicines after a long delay. Shared all the proofs to confirm wrong and damaged products. It has been more than a month now, called customer care numerous times and explained my issues every time, yet no replacement so far. Is this how medicines should be delivered? I've asked for refund and wonder how long I'll have to wait for my refund amount.

Pathetic service. After placing an order of 4 medicine Medlife kept order on hold for 3 days for non availability not one medicine. When I asked them to cancel non available medicine they proceeded the order and cancelled one more medicine on their own. After repeatedly calling to customer care they say medicines are not available with them. PATHETIC SERVICE.. There are better app than this..

It's a very good app, fast delivery (same day or next day delivery). Just you upload the prescription. They will call you and confirm order. You Will get 20% discount for all medicines, for 1st of your order and for diabetes medicines even the discount is more. Cod available also one can swip card upon delivery. So just order it easy.

Had ordered medicines. Order was delayed for more than 3 days. Today got a msg saying the delivery was attempted but failed which is a complete lie. When you are delivering medicines its about reliability and timeliness. Called the delivery guy multiple times every day they said they will deliver but lied. Pathetic experience. This is in Bangalore. I cant imagine their service in other areas.

Wish to inform the sad news about the companies delivery boys who are playing hide and seek and cancelling the orders on their own and they are very brute and impolite to the customers and do not care for the customers. This has been brought to the notice of the company through the feedback app and also written to their mail IDS but still there is no response. Looks like they are not bothered about the customer so friends my personal opinion is don't go through this app for medicines they.

1. The medicines are packed very nicely. 2. To add OTC products you have to book consultation post that you can cancel it. 3. Extremely delayed service, no proper update on your order status, call centre is not helpful too. 4. Good discounts, overall seema they are poor in their last mile logistics, which is the core.

Never delivers on time. Customer support is the worst. Started chasing them after 72 hours of order but always say we will deliver with in next 24 and after five days and 4 customer service calls they cancelled my order saying I was not reachable to their doctor. When I already uploaded prescription and it was approved then why the hell doc is chasing me on 6th day.... please if you order from this app then atleast order 2-3 weeks in advance... recommend to use any other medium or platform to buy medicine.

It is a very good app and with excellent service. The delivery speed is also very fast. Please keep it up. The discounts offerred are really awesome. I have already referred medlife to my friends and my family has stopped buying medicine from local shops after buying from here

Rewriting the review and i am really disappointed with medlife. They do not have medicines available and they claim to be the best online medicine store. Repeated human and system errors and then they blame Customers. Please do not fall for this fake online store which is here only money making, and they do not care about customer service. Worst experience

 I have ordered PRO-PL powder ( my order no OR8689CB-003A) but received the expired product for which I want apology from you and replace the product asap.l felt cheated from the company. The batch no. on tax invoice is differ from that on the actual product jar.Who is responsible for this mess or is it done deliberately !!! to cheat customers. I require clarification in this regard. Still waiting for return.

Feel cheated. I placed first order and got good discount. They delivered wrong product. They placed new order and old was returned but it was second order and i got less discount. Because of medlife mistake i got same product for less discount. feeling cheated. :(

Do not use the app. They are a group of non responsive/ irresponsible people. And even if you want to use, do not make any online payments. The delivery boys would come and fool you to make the payment again in cash/ card. After this you will run pillar to post but will not get back money. Moreover, customer care would fool you every time with great excuses. Dont get carried by their offers. The pain and cost overshadow benefits.

Don't go for it, If you requires medicines within 2-3days.. They are only making business out of it.. don't have any service kind things. Customer support worst part of this company.. They already have multiple orders.. So,if you are facing an issue then they will not entertain u they will only say that they have a setup of procedure to deliver the medicines and they will not go beyond that, if you are dying then too.

One of the worst services ever seen. Placed order before 3 days and still did not get the medicines. Everyday they are extending it by one day. Please understand that you are delivering medicines which has to be taken at the prescribed time and not whenever you people think.

My name is Rajesh my order id is OR7938AB- 003A. Medlife service is Very Pathetic. They made me to reorder 4 times and its been one week now till order is not delivered and always coming up with some stupid reasons. Without any information they rescheduled and then cancelled. Dont waste your time by ordering here. You have many other good online services for medicines.

Can't even order health supplement. Search box is not opening. Worst medicine app ever. By the way, is it developed as part of some school project?

Pathetic customer care, have no track of the order, delivery gets delayed everytime, without any intimation. Totally unorganised, called customer care twice but to response available. Ordered medicine 5 days ago, still they no track of the same. Order no. OR4078ZG-003A

Worst Service . Cant dependent on you Guys. I have place an order OR6951WA-002A on 27th Dec 2017. And its been 5 days but didn't received medicine. I myself called ur customer care 3 times and every time they told that order is on the way and u r tempering the order date and medicine. Is this a service u r offering? Please improve and deliver the order. Anyhow u have loose 1 customer today and i hope many more in future.

Good experience. Ordered medicines 4 times and received on committed time. All you need to order at right time so that you are not out of stock. Received no false committee by like delivery within hours etc, discounts are good. Keep it up guys.

Totally satisfied with the service of medlife. The medicines are delivered on time involve a proper and I didn't face any inconvenience during the order placement also. They also give a confirmation call before delivering the orders so that even if you have missed something or added something extra you can rectify. The payment method is also very convenient and it support most of the wallets.

Discounts are good, but please make sure you provide good trainings to the customer care executives. Today I talked to a guy about a delay in delivery that guy was so awkward and unreasonable, it seems like he is just wasting time for both.

Please save yourself from the horror of ordering through Medlife. Had ordered some HEART AND BP medicines which were scheduled to be delivered by 30th dec. No update as on 2nd jan. When I called them to ask why weren't the medicines delivered, got a reply that some of the medicines aren't available. They have no sense of responsibility at all. When asked y didn't I get a call from them as the medicines are for Heart and Blood Pressure got a reply that that is not our teams job. Had to cancel the order as the patients meds got over as were hoping to get the delivery on time. These people should be sued for playing with the patients health!! If you want the patient to suffer; only then order from them. The WORST and MOST PATHETIC medicine delivery app out there in India.

Another recent issue. My order on 3rd Jan was cancelled on 9th Jan since Medlife coild not arrange for medicines even in a week. DISMAL and PATHETIC service!!! Earlier review - Complete Time Waste. Increased price from 1123 at checkout page to Rs 1185 at Payment page. Either site not robust or probably fraud. I have screen shots

It's very nice app saving our twenty % money on every order. And delivery is very prompt. We get medicine next day. Only thing is that no proper address with delivery boy.

Rather than asking for the issue after days and offering help to resolve just for the social media, best is to improve your services. The customer must be informed immediately if the medicines are out of stock rather than delaying it on pretext of procurement. Its very basic thing and I don't know what it takes for Medlife to understand this simple thing. ------------------------------------------------Always keep on postponing the delivery date. Everytime I have faced this issue with Medlife. Why you guys commit delivery date when you are not aware if you have that medicine in stock or not. Too bad to keep someone waiting who needs it. Worst service.. they took 6-7days in bangalore...customer care team are such big liars ... it is such an urgent medicine that is required ... plz close this and open some under garment services.

Fraud on commitment you have to wait for more then 5 to 6 days to receive the medicines and also not sure will they be delivered or not and the delivery agent whose number will be share with you is also not contactable if you call on toll free number they will say be patience. It is not just on time it happens regularly and if you beg them then no way what they say the most interesting thing you don't know will the medicines will be received or not

Non reliable, u can't be sure if you are going to get the medicine after order is confirmed. Another bad experience with medlife, so updating the review. 4 days after scheduled delivery of the medicine, order was cancelled saying they don't have the stock. Medicine Delivered with delay of 3 days, after 2 day of estimated time was already there. 5 day delivery is too much when medicines are sent from local shop. No intimation was given that delivery is getting delayed. Pharmeasy is quick. Good point is, we are getting a discount.

Ordered general medical items, not even medicines. Ordered on 16th dec , till now its in out of delivery status. On every call to customer care, they say sorry, which is of no use. Provided wrong AWB no to track, worst app and service. Dont download and order from this.

It is very good app. This app is fastest delivery and all types of medicine which I require available every time and consulting with doctor at free of cost is very good advantage for me and given discount given me up to 45%. Thanks to medlife to save my money in medical expenses.

Medlife is unable to track a consignment which is travelling a distance of 10 km. For the last three days the order has been travelling from Mangalore to Surathkal!!! To make things worse, these guys issue prescription to anybody over the phone....over the phone!!!! App needs to be delisted!!!

A very good app n very faster delivery. No need to upload prescription again n again if u have uploaded it once this is the best way to order Ur medicine

Fake app ..It will not delivered your medicines just playing games with customers..I ordered medicines on 30th December and they mentioned that order will be delivered on 1st Jan . On 31st December they intimate that they will deliver order on 2nd Jan and now without any intimation they mentioned in the app that order will delivered on 3rd jan.what the rubbish you people are giving to customers..Am very unhappy unhappy with my first order

The medlife app speed reduced to 70% after update so its time consuming. Its better to open medlife app in chrome because speed is much better tha medlife app & your time will surely be save

I'm with Medlife from pretty long time. Once I had an issue of prescription not been returned along with medicine delivery but when called customer care they resolved the issue in a day.. I'm extremely happy about the service. Other than this indecent I never had any issues with Medlife. Really professional service. Usually medicines will be delivered in a day time but there are cases when they delivered within 4 hours of time. I would rate 5/5. Great service folks.. Keep it up.
