Prognosis : Psychiatry

Great way to test yourself and push your limits. If I find I am not doing well in a certain field, then I know that's a weakness and I need to study harder in that area. On the other side, it lets me know where my strengths are also. Bonus, I can "study" any where.

I have downloaded every one of these apps, I love the field of medicine and would love to pursue a career in it. I hope to study to be a psychologist, and I see you don't have an app for that. Could you please make an app where you diagnose diseases such as anxiety, Anorexia, schizophrenia etc.

The cases themselves seem short, sweet, and simple enough with a sort of multiple choice like on a quiz but the details of the case have very small clues that lead to an often very specific diagnoses. The treatments and actions that must be taken for each case vary, and the explanation of the symptoms and treatments at the end is extremely enlightening. Great for those interested in the medical field. Great for students who want to test their knowledge and even engage in discussion in the comments section.

As a mentally ill person, I can relate to some of these cases. This app is fun, doesn't drain my battery, and takes up little space.

Good app for getting your head around a range of common and less common dx in psych!

As a PMHNP student, this app is entertaining and useful. I appreciate the discussion board at the end of each case.

But some investigations are too much for some diseases

As physiotherapy student, this app reinforces important info/insight into pathophysiology that will be a crucial part of decisions regarding my treatment plans with respect to other aspects of conditions I may not have understood otherwise. The detailed explanations clarify why & what to do/not do that my field of study doesn't cover in depth. This will be most helpful when communicating with my future colleagues regarding best intervention options!

I enjoy these types of apps. They can be used as an educational tool however, a trained and licensed professionals should be sought out in place of a self-diagnosis.

This app is very interesting and fun but it would be more fun with more different languages to choose.

Doesn't let me download any of the cases!!

They were not very descriptive, it should be made it easier to access the result information the medical investigations and explained the meaning behind the numbers of the results for example in the metabolic profile it should explain what the numbers and letters of the creatine mean.

It would be nice if it gave a multiple choice question on what the diagnosis is, as well. This is a really nice app!

I just wish there were more cases to solve, I'm almost sad that I've nearly finished them all. Add more please!!!!

A fun and informative game, a lot better than other apps. The whole case series including clinical sense and infectious diseases are educating and I'm sure the others are too.
