NZ Radio: rova - stay tuned

Uses way too much data if not using wifi. I used it while I was at work as the radio there didnt pick up stations very well. 3.26GB to listen to them repeat the show that id already listened to and the same songs over and over. I have uninstalled. I want my data back!

The individual apps for each radio station were much better, you could choose your own content. On this one they just continually play best biys so you can end up hearing the same thing several times. The old rock app was a lot better

Needs more work! crashes often even with location on I can only get Auckland - I'm in christchurch getting Auckland local news and wether that does not intrest me one bit. Does the same on other devices I use too. Bit more work and this will be a awesome app

Living overseas I've enjoyed George for years uninterrupted, streaming from their site. Then Rova came along. If it works, it stops after a short time. Sometimes it doesn't open. It's clunky and non responsive. Please allow the George streaming to work from their site. Rova stinks.

I am not a citizen from New Zealand, but I really love this app since it really plays all the radio stations in Auckland. It works better with a strong WIFI connection. I highly recommend this to all the people across the world to download and stream with this radio streaming app. Now listening to Mai FM 88.6 Auckland.

Using gps and choosing wellington i always get auckland ads, weather and road conditions... sort this issue and star rating will be bumped to 5... other than that the ap is stable and i recommend the rock to listeners

The constant stopping of music in between is seriously annoying, when I'm listening to my favourite classic rock tunes, music stops without any reason be it on WiFi or 4g. Could u good lads fix it for the sake of Zeppelin?

Can u make the volume on George fm sound as loud as Mai fm coz it's not and it's not like this is a bad app in fact it's excellent. Just wondering if that could be done

Love it except it crashes continuously....every single time I use it. Will play for 10 mins then crash, 1 min then crash...that got boring fast.

only just started using but seems like it will be a good app, cant wait for polly and grant, would be awesome if i could stream it to my chromecast so can play through tv sound system (its old school, no bluetooth)

Really like this app, best way to listen to Polly and Grant in Auckland. The one thing is if you close all your apps it closes too.

Installed the app to listen to the end of the Rock 1500....it kept crashing and not working no matter what I tried or did. Absolutely useless. Thanks for ruining this for me Rova....

Keeps crashing for no reason and will not reopen after. Quality of sound is terrible and very quiet even when turned right up. Waste of time.

Love the app best NZ radio stations all day everyday. Fast loading barely have to wait at all compared to my other apps.

App crashed during the last 3 songs of the rock 1500 songs. GET MORE SERVER CAPABILITIES!!!!!!!

Love the app but my favorite station The Edge is very quiet and I'm having to turn up the volume, then the ads become super loud! Always cuts out too.

Uses way too much data and your system went down as the Rockfm were announcing the top 5 of the Rock1500. Great timing. Uninstalling for sure.

It's the better app out of the radio apps I've tried but all The Edge promo stuff on this page almost put me off. You need to show more stations in the Read More section. I also miss hearing the adverts for my city, now it's just Auckland.

Was good but now buffer's on a strong wifi or just stops and starts. Sure some days are good. Going to look for another radio app so I can listen to the Rock FM without frustration.

The edge TV live stream does not work on here or the website so I can't watch top 10 or hot tune time machine while I'm at work so I have to wait till I get home to watch the recording. by then I'm not interested anymore.

Was listening the the rock 1500 got to the final 2 songs at the app stops working so no one could listen to them!! Worst app ever!!!

First glance, looks ok but interface needs improvement. Takes far too long scrolling from first to last station. A list would be a more appropriate.

Keeps losing connection. Saying looks like you're offline when CLEARLY I am not

"Something's up with the app and our services aren't responding. Try again later" Drives me fucking mad. Lucky to get a song in before it cuts out.

OK for a basic app but in this day and age where are the connectivity options. Needs chromecast support. Not sure whether it was a device issue but had to re-pair a second device to a BT speaker to get it up and running again.

App works good. No problems with this new version. Great access to a lot of good stations, and great clarity.

Better than what it was but stops often which gets annoying and only has Auckland ads even though it asks your location.

Downloaded this garbage to listen to the Rock top 1500 and it went offline for the duration of the final three songs. Rubbish.

Kept cutting out while trying to listen the last 3 songs of the rock 1500! So gutted!

Functionality is great. Switching between radio stations is a breeze. However, this app has an incredibly high battery and data usage. I recommend bringing your charger if you're out using this app.

Crashed the one time I needed it to work (rock 1500 final 2 songs)

Downloaded for Rock 1500 but it failed right towards last few songs. GUTTED

Why do I have to "log in" to use this. Isn't it enough that you bombard me with adds. Uninstalled.

Could not even register to use this app as it would not let me. Grr
