Update: does not work with Nougat. Owner aware of issue but doesn't care. They got their money from crowd funding. Support is horrible. Omate is a business to business company. Not consumer friendly. Interface is ok if it worked. OStore in an Asian language with no option to change to English (phone set to English). Limited applications in the OStore. Slow install to apps to the watch, and slower to uninstall. Very limited right now.

Should have been updated or replaced months ago. This app still sucks ass February 2017, crashes every 2 seconds.

The rise is an awesome idea. But it's pretty rough around the edges and the olink app doesn't do it any justice. When the Pebble has some more convenient capabilities than the rise with olink I think that's a problem. Hopefully, there will be some upcoming updates with significant improvement. I was Sooo eager for the rise to arrive but now that I have it, I find myself still using my moto 360. The interface with my phone is leaps and bounds better than what olink does for the rise. I'll be patient and wait

Overall it's fine and working well despite the lag you will experience during the process of connecting and disconnecting. What i would like to see in future if you could identify which apps to receive notification from it. It would be great.

Well i like the watch but i can't used this app crash every 2 seconds in my Google Pixel xl 7.1.2 i hope you can fix... The watch is not cheap... Update well i sold my pixel now i have a Huawei s the watch works great now I'm very happy now

well for smartwatch and phone connectivity is acceptable, but there is alot missing in features, the apos are written in Chinese and the new smartwatch faves couldn't install

Nice watch, love it a lot. But: 1) Location service malfunctioned, I am in HK but weather displayed "Honghu", even not changeable in olink app. 2) OStore pls make it in English and more international. 3) Pls provide an option to quit the app (sometimes I will want to disconnect but can only restart phone to quit app) . 4) Pls provide an option to send feedback

My android phone will not connect to my watch through the app!!! Please help

Cannot make calls or send texts from watch when connected via bluetooth. No Google play store on watch. Cannot change to US measurements.

Compared to other smartwatch clients like android wear or pebble...this app is totally crap. Seems like a beta product. Features don't work well and is very sluggish. Some of the menus and product descriptions in the ostore are in mandarin?! Omate...please rework the client and give the users software that is befitting of the watch.

We all realized by now that the application needs a lot of work. Not being able to make phone calls from the watch in companion mode is just unacceptable. That however, has nothing to do with the application but the watch software. However, we should all be more supportive. I'm sure Laurent will get everyone working on the issues. On a different note, this watch on Android wear would just freaking rock!
