Crashes way too much, spams you with notifications late at night, and doesn't allow you to filter things out that are useless or cost extra money (like autographs). I'll keep it for 3 days but your fans deserve better. Catering to an intelligent audience and then treating them like idiots is not a way to keep loyalty, even if you are a monopoly.

Wow, like every sorting option is only one option... The list for each thing can be organized by the title of the list that you're already looking at. So basically, there's no sorting options. Every single "more info" button I've clicked on gives me nothing but tells me to "double tap to zoom"... zoom in on what? The blackness? I'm not Hubble, pretty sure I won't find anything amazing in the nothingness. If you try to look up where a vendor booth is, you have to scroll all the way to the vendor, don't worry, there's a convenient sorting option that does nothing, so this is not simplified or facilitated at all, and click on "more info" where you will not see any information at all. Perfect, this is really helping me plan out my time more efficiently. After you've saved all the things and people and panels that you like, you will be able to see all those things organized neatly in your menu, where you'll be able to access the nonexistent "more info" pages to learn absolutely nothing else besides what the title and time of the event as the pages are still blank, but which encourage you to "double tap to zoom" each and every time. I feel motivated to go fast for some reason. I hope this gets better.

What a colossal pain to have to scroll past every single autograph / photo session in order to find panels! Every other Con's app I have used has a way to select PANELS as an option & filter out the other stuff.

It's better but I need a decent map and a way to print my schedule. Crashes a lot.

Fail. Can't open at event. Incomplete database. Filter by actor shows ZERO matches in schedule! CRASHES mysteriously if you don't realize that your data is turned off. Confusing opening screen leaves user wondering what the heck is happening since it doesn't even have a loading data status. Why so long to load??

Everytime I use this app I have to delete it and reinstall it's such a pain

It is good information, but the schedule needs the ability to filter out autographs and photo ops.

App never worked. Good idea, I would love a working app for comic con. But needs better delivery.

App doesn't get past the loading screen. This was happening in the previous version, and had been reported by various people, but for some reason an update was released that still didn't resolve it. FanX is happening right now, buf the app is unusable for many people.

Crap... kept forcing closed and wouldn't load info. Uninstalled it several times just for it to still not work. :(

Never got past loading screen

Won't get past the loading screen, unhelpful. Might as well rewrite the entire app, hasn't worked well ever and looks like it never will. C'mon GrowTix...

Won't leave loading page even after 20 minutes of trying to load

Won't go past the loading screen. Takes forever until I finally get out because it takes too long.

I just downloaded this app on my android and it is STILL showing that Bluetooth is a requirement. Also it won't go past the loading page for me at all. It's been loading for the last 5 minutes even with Bluetooth turned on. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times now and it still won't go past the loading screen. And why on earth does this app require Bluetooth? So ridiculous and just frustrating that this app I've used in the past no longer works and just gets worse.

The app won't even load when I open it!

Last day of the con and as usual, the app is freezing, buggy, and useless. Get it together growtix. This happens everytime. Twice per year!!! Also, wtf even is that map???? Sigh.

Your apps are usually pretty good but this edition was really poor. I was constantly getting sick on the loading screen, crashing, and even lost my saved schedule. Please test it some more before the big event later this year.

Pros: easier to use than the printed program (IF you have signal), usually the schedule shows up by day one. Cons: no offline storage (there is no signal in many of the halls), can't buy event tickets, can't sort the schedule by anything but time, doesn't jump to the current time, poor notification management, crashes often...

Your app went downhill this year. Keeps force closing and I can't see panel times when I look under our guests the panel area is empty. Also you should have a filter that just shows the panel's who's speaking and what time so we can plan better.

No rating system for pannels on android. If you have a bad signal or no signal the app; it will crash, or not show times. I just took screen shots of those I've added on to my list.

Lots of force closing and the app would not load my scheduled panels. I had to redownload my schedule every time I opened the app. Over all very unhappy with the app this year.

Wow... This year's update is HORRIBLE. It's slow and ugly, but worst of all, IT DOESN'T SHOW PANELS FOR INDIVIDUAL GUESTS

How hard is it to make an app to give me a schedule for a convention? Obviously harder than you would think, because I can't get this app to open without crashing.

With 24 hours until the convention floor opens, it still shows no signs of working whatsoever. Only opens long enough to display the icon, then completely disappears. In previous years, the app at least worked until one was on the event floor and signal was choked anyway. Yet again, the app fails to deliver even its basic functions.

This app has potential to have helpful info and features, but it falls short. It is SUPER buggy and crashes a lot. It's difficult to create and get to your list of events. I wish there were a filter to look at panels only as well. I'd like to see improvements, and this could be a very useful app.

Last year (2015), it was fine. This year (2016), it has a blatant problem. There is NO REASON for it to require turning on Bluetooth. That is totally out of line, and you need to fix that.

The map still isn't very usable. This version is borderline better than the printed guide. It's qr scanner sucks, when you enter the code, it doesn't find it. You need new app developer.

If it's not the main app ruining, it will lose the schedule. Doesn't help to map to the location of desired panels.
