What is C31?
C31 Melbourne and Geelong is Victoria's not-for-profit community television service providing locally-based entertainment, education and information. Transmitted from Mount Dandenong, C31 provides access and representation to the many diverse communities within Victoria. You can find faces, voices and issues which are not present in mainstream television.
We broadcast over 90 new locally-made programs every week. These programs are produced by community television volunteers and independent television makers.
In 2016 and beyond, C31 is taking the plunge into online broadcasting. Join us!

During the week all's perfect but nobody at this channel can figure out how to setup the program guide for the weekends when it's like the complete channels on auto pilot? 5 weeks in a row now it keeps screwing up my devices by loading again and again cause there's NO INFORMATION available of what's on. I actually got Saturday morning this weekend before it kept saying NO INFORMATION so if it happens again I'm gona totally delete this channel and try it again after Christmas maybe as I'm totally fed up!

Down loaded the app but when i play a show it just loops after around 3 seconds into the show please help i really want this app update reinstalled the app works fine and thank you for your quick response

Love love that I can now watch my favourite shows whenever I want but I was really hoping to catch episodes of past program like pathways. Also sometimes the shows take forever to start. But all in all, I'm so happy to have the c31 app on my phone!!
