Great content. Worst app I've ever used. VERY difficult to use and navigate. I can't even begin to imagine why they can't (or won't) make it better and easier to use. There are times when it works great and I think; "oh, they finally fixed it!" Then the next day it's back to being a frustrating mess. Bizarre. However, I will keep it another month because the content is worth the frustration.

Clunkiest, most horrible app ever. Such a shame, as their library is great. Cancelling the subscription until app is redesigned.

DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH, there's a vast amount of knowledge that can be reached without having to wait for the montly credit like amazon's audible app. But this app at this point needs lots more of improvement to become more user friendly and not crash so much. I love this app for the potential that it has and what it will do for my self development quest as we both improve and evolve. Guys, add more Earl nightingale please!

Nightingale Conant is hands-down the number one personal growth company in the world I have bought and listen to probably almost a hundred of their programs But this app is way below the quality of their company I wish they would get on it and fix some issues

Not worth it Yet! I wanted to love this app. The idea of accessing the Nightingale Conant library for 1 low monthly price would be great, however their actual app to use the service is not ready yet. It is full of glitches and doesn't even work 1/2 the time. They need to find a way to really work out the problems with the app or they won't have any customers of the Insiders Club

I really, really enjoy this app! It was a bit glitchy after the first download but after a few emails with customer service, we got it straightened out. The only thing that I wish that it would do is automatically take you back to the last thing you were listening to when you open the app again. I find it a bit cumbersome to have to go and search for my last book if I hadn't downloaded it. This is an extremely valuable app in terms of investing in one's self!

Edit: Suddenly fixed. Now I have everything promised. Thank you for these tools, my investment was wise.

This app is worth less. Don't waste your time its not you, its the app, blank screen every time matter what you do. I'm demanding my money back from NC.

Great in principle but every so often app won't open on mobile. Navigation once you are in the app could be better. A search function would help.

If I could rate this app zero stars I would. I installed and uninstalled three times and it still won't work. App won't load, it just sits there on the phone spinning its icon at me. Sent Insider Support five emails. Not even one recognition of receipt. To say I am dissatisfied is the understatement of the day! Please don't purchase this app unless you are a certified masochist. I want my money back!

Goes comatose when I log in and won't respond. Nightingale should give the developer a kick in the seat of their pants.

This app crashes when trying to play downloaded content. It also requires network connectivity to work.
