So far it is ok but it won't upload a Word doc or PDF...seriously??? Had to do a screenshot just to submit it...

I've used this app for a year or more and had mostly excellent results. Easy-to-navigate and upload invoices directly from my LG phone. I have had occasional instances where I could not upload or log on, but they are very rare. If they occur the 1-800 customer service is superb I give it 4.5 stars if possible.

Server Error when I try to upload pictures. No PDF upload option.

Constantly get msg that action to upload picture for receipt request is unavailable. What's the point in having the app if it doesn't work???

Would not allow me to register. Kept getting message that my info was not on system.

App is more helpful than customer service but then again I received better and kinder customer service from Comcast.

Every time I try to upload a claim recipient, it just keeps loading!! Error message "try later"

Accounts never update.

I think this app is very user friendly and helpful when trying to get things done quickly. There are two things missing, a list of eligible expenses, and a note section for when you submit a receipt.

But if you have a hyphenated name, forget about it. You can not be located in the system. At least that happened in my case.

I was able to easily take pics, upload, and submit my claims through this app!

I got rid of home phone service so I was having to fax personal documents from work, reluctantly. This is SO much better, more private, and FASTER.

Sucks

(Galaxy s6) I submitted my expenses and took photos of the receipts through the app. Everything looks fine on my end, but after they are submitted I believe the photo is compressed and now the text in the pictures is no longer readable. All of my claims have been denied because of it. I'm not sure if I should just do it the old way or maybe there is a work around.

Super convenient to submit a claim and check your balance regularly.

Crashed during registration, repeatedly. Uninstalled, don't need any "half-fast" apps.

Thanks to previous post, learned to take pictures first, then load, but his should be fixed please. Also, if you leave the app for a second, it logs you out, a pain. Otherwise, better than faxing!

I have installed and unistalled this app several times thinking the problem was me or my phone. The app has deactivated my account several times when attempting to log in because it will not accept the answers to my security questions. I have known my brother my entire life, I think I would know he lives. I did get it work once and it didn't work at all.

I was able to successfully login, check my account balances, and submit a claim by taking a photo . Not too bad, interface is pretty nice.

Can never submit receipts, always says internal server error. When logging in, it tells me all the time my account is locked when it's not. Not happy w this app.

I was able to see the information I wanted easily but still had problem adding instant picture of document at claim request. I was able to work around it by taking extra steps in saving the document as a photo first & then add it to the pending claim.

Ive tried logging in but it will not take my user ID. Not sure what the problem is. My user ID is all lower case, works just fine on the website.

I am unable to even get past the user name entry. I checked on the website and I am entering the correct ID.

Using note 3 can't even login. User I'd fine on website. App bug needs to be fixed.

In an app that is supposed to let you upload receipts this app repeatedly fails miserably. Medcom underwhelms again.

Love the convenience, but the Take Photo for claims kicks you out of the app. You have to sign back in and upload the existing photo.

I need to explain every charge I make. Defeats the purpose of a fsa. It's not flexible at all. Worst fsa company I've ever dealt with in my life

Installed and tried to use but it wouldn't take my user name, just logged into the site and it works so my user name is correct. Turns out it's not case sensitive. Just uploaded three receipts that were requested so we'll see how it works.

"0" stars. Cant use the app at all

I just wish it gave me access to more information. I want to know if my claim was processed and when funds will be mailed to me.
