MedBridge GO for Patients

8/10/17: Update on version 1.2.16-finally working again after an uninstall, reboot and reinstall; so back to 5 stars. However, it lost all my activity history. -Update on version 1.2.0-dropping from 5 stars to 2 stars. Till the videos are fixed, the app is pretty much useless. This was a really great app...when it worked. A couple of days ago, it started failing to load the videos and in the process stopping the exercise timer. This seems to coincide with the upgrade to v1.2.0. Till it's fixed, it'll simply serve to remind me to do my exercises.

Error downloading exercises. App refused to work. Very frustrating

There seem to be a lot of bugs. It never reported my activity correctly to my PT. When my PT updated the workout, it just stopped working altogether.

When you enter your access code, it gives you good individualized videos timed for while you exercise. Works with LG V10 cellphone (Android 6.0).

The videos don't work

I hadn't realized this app was available when my Physical Therapist gave me a copy of my at home exercise plan. Reading fine print on the printout he gave me I discovered the app. Am VERY happy to have this with me at all times. The reminder to do my Therapy and video explainations for each exercise will help me keep on track to improving my physical health. If you are doing physical therapy, ask your therapist or doctor about the MedBrige GO app!!

When the app is opened it displays a network error message: "exercise could not be loaded". But I was able to open my exercises under "Resources" menu. However, it does not show the reps, etc. that the web browser version provides. Sent a memo to support, no word back yet. Was going to give this one star but I did finally get as far as I did.

I love being able to follow along to do my pt. Thanks MedBridge!

Solid app. Streaks are fun too

Yet another user who can't log in - "the information you provided does not meet our records" - despite using the access code, email address, and password that work just fine on my laptop/the website. Completely useless app.

It says my access code is invalid, despite the fact that it works on the website.

I think the app is fabulous. I'm only giving three stars for now because the titles of exercises and the videos don't match up qiute right. The videos start ahead of the exercise titles.

App will not run. States information does not match our records. Works fine when using browser.

When I enter my passcode it says that the program is empty; however, the code works fine in a browser
