Downloaded this for work but I click allow for the certificate and it goes to a webpage with a cannot load error. Very annoying since my work wants me to use this app. Please help!

Can't log in. Login takes so long to process that token value refreshes and when I switch apps to get the new token value it kicks me back out to the opening screen. Useless in it's current state.

Since latest updates, it now says my account is inactive. Very frustrating! Will give 5 stars if this is fixed!

Can not get app to work. When hit allow cycles back to login page. Don't know what to do.

Used to work until the last update. Since then it randomly logs me out. Then will fail my login attempts. Extremly frusting since responding timely is part of our brands inspection regulations.

not working for android now , it says your account is inactive , I've tried 3 working accounts and tested them on an the same app on ios !! vodafone accounts

Installed the app and buttons for access code or company ID does not work

There's no rhyme or reason to how this app logs you in or out. I think I'm logged in, and miss incoming scores, and then I get a notification on a new survey, and open it, can view some of it, and as soon as I click on anything it takes me to the log in screen where I have to re-enter ALL my credentials, company, and personal. It is very sluggish, and the filters dont always filter what you ask it to. Super frustrating!!

This app makes my job easier on the go, doesn't have to access my company web page to see guests' feedbacks, just click here and there they are. HOWEVER, it takes forever to load, when access scorecards tab, it's just loading to eternity and showing a huge blanksapointment. I have to tap on ranker tab then tab back to scorecard so scorecard tab stop sleeping start loading...

Please please please let us stay logged in, having to log in multiple times a day is a waste of time. Interface freezes, constantly loads, takes forever to filter anything out. Needs improvements!

The ability to stay logged in has been lost with a recent update. It looks like you are logged in but when you try to respond to a review, it prompts you for the access code each & every time. Since the access codes are not particularly user friendly or easy to remember, the app is virtually useless.

I hate how I think I'm logged in and when I write a review then go to send the review it kicks me out like for real I don't always have the log in code to log back in.

Keeps logging me off and then says access code expired.

Keeps locking up on me. Can't scroll or click on anything. Went from a useful tool to garbage, just like the rest of the survey system.

Im being logged out everytime. It's an inconvenience to log back in multiple times in a day.

No notification coming for new forms ... Pllzzz fix it

Why does the app make you log back in every week? Fix that and I will change my rating.

There are a lot good features on the app but some more could be added like member recognition score feature which is missing from current version. All things should be at one place. Still awaiting the same. No response over previous feedback

Alerts don't arrive... Can't login for days at time.... Lots of documented issues...majar fault: if u change your password on Choice Central or Advantage it will affect Medallia then u must also go login to Choice mail with new and password on the mobile device

No names on the scores, please fix. Could you also please fix the repeating of feedback? Have had numerous repeated feedback scores,and the comments arrive later.

Everytime when i login after a few days system log out me!
