This app is terrible. In terms of telling me balance amounts, it performs, but anything short of that is a failure. The check deposit feature rarely works too, so every payday, I must make a trip my closest branch location, which is extremely irritating. I wish direct deposit was an option at my place of employment!
Consistently has issues, can't check my accounts when I need to.
It does what it needs to, does not crash.
Update: someone called to help me take care of this problem and now it works once again! Thankful for such a quick response!!!! -Katie Loved the convenience of this app previously. However, with the new Android update (6.0), the app no longer works. What do I need to do to fix this issue? I don't live near one of the offices, so this is how I deposit checks.
This appears to be an issue with the Nexus 5X, as the default settings for the camera are different than in previous builds. As a result, when trying to do a check deposit, the image in the camera is reversed and upside down. This makes framing the check for the photo very difficult and rather frustrating. I'm pretty sure it's something that can be fixed in the software, but it will require an update. I'm not sure if anyone knows of the issue, but the same issue arises on a different 5X.
Having the same issue others have reported with my Nexus 5X and photographing checks for deposit. The image is upside down and reversed. Makes it very difficult to deposit checks with my phone, which I rely on for work. Hope to see a fix soon.
This app is not well developed. They need to hire a new programmer and UX customer experience person to work on this app. Whatever the most recent update was, it ruined the app even more. It won't even open now. It just keeps force closing.
I use it to for on line bill pay and transfers and check ing balances.Easy to read and understand, and I'm not an IT nerd. I'm a long time member and "old"; I haven't had any problems.
I had some issues getting the app to work. Tech support was very proactive and worked hard to fix my problems. The app is working fine now.
Much more simpler and easier to use. Saves me ton of time! Great credit union too!

Since the most recent update, it just gives me an error message over and over again as soon as I launch the app. This is in my fully up to date 2nd gen Moto x.
Worked great until I did the most recent UPDATE. I can no longer log into my account. Pops up 1800 # error message. Please fix this problem soon!
New version crashes on startup (Nexus 5)
Can't get it to download....... Does it always take more than 6 months to respond? I did the review 7/1/2015.......I get a response on 1/19/2016???? Wow......hyper speed.......
2.6 review score is terrible. Please listen to your customers and update the app to be more user friendly. Wayyyy too many unnecessary security questions over and over again. If you don't remember a random question you answered several months ago, it will lock you out requiring a phone call to customer service. If it is after hours/holiday, etc, you have no access to your account! I understand you do this for customer security, but this is overbearing and completely ruins the customer experience and service
If your looping through the sign in questions you probably need to go online and set them up. You have to have an online account to use this, its on the instructions.

Can't login! Asks soo many security questions some of which we know we didn't answer! Loops over and over again.
This app keeps locking you out, then instead of trying another security question from the pool, just locks onto a single question. This doesn't stop anyone, and it only causes frustration when I need to fo something and find it got bored again.

The update to lollipop seems to have fixed the bugs.

Step one: Fire your developers. Your Web banking site stinks, and this? This is a joke. No possible use of LastPass or KeyPass. I can't even log into the system. What is this "APPLY" button for om a login screen. APPLYING for a loan? Come on. Ever since ROSCU was TAKEN OVER, Quality and Service have gone into the toilet. I just wish I could give this 0 stars. I couldn't even log in, so in my opinion....useless.

Asked same security questions over and over and over. At least 50 times. Could never log in. Uninstalled 4 times. Useless.
Would not accept the answer to the security questions. Couldn't get past the first one. Not helpful OR convenient.
This is the only institution that had me jumping through hoops trying to figure out how to gain access via this app. Very frustrating. One key feature that's missing is the ability to pay bills. I would like to have full benefits of the online site. It's frustrating to have this app only to Log out so i can log Back in using the online website.
Can't log into multiple accounts. My wife and I have different accounts, but with this latest update I am only able to log into one. What?! I have to use TWO different mobile devices in order to use this application to access both mine and my wife's accounts?!? AMATEURS!!! I guess I'll have to close my accounts and move my money to a professional banking institution.
Always randomly asking stupid security questions and locking me out. Really bad app
