Sales Tax Calculator Free

I used this app for a couple of years to tally invoices on the road and it worked great until a couple of months ago when the last update was released. Then came the full screen video ads and obscene data usage. Please explain to me how a tax calculator app can use over a gb of data in 2 weeks. This garbage needs to be pulled from the app store.

All of a sudden this app started running data in the background and used up all of my data package. Worked great for years but last update changed that. Am uninstalling it. Very unethical.

Noticed my Data Usage was really high this month so I check it... This app used 1.30GB in background data this month. WTF??? Explain this please... Very unhappy

Got the "screen overlay detected," error and this was the only 3rd party app with the overlay permission. Turned that off, shortly after it started force crashing every 5 minutes. Out of curiosity for the horrible amount of popups I've had, and resetting to fix, I decided to poke through the negative reviews here. Guess I found the culprit! Thanks reviewers!!

I put up with a pop up ad on my phone that would present itself several times a day for years. After wiping my phone, it was still there. Virus scans still there. Finally I started deleting apps until it went away for good. One app a day, and I did it in order of how much I cared for the app. Eventually I removed this app and the ads disappeared. I would not ever support an app developer that has a back door advertising that creates pop up ads, they were SO annoying. Too bad, because I did enjoy the app.

Terrible app! It's malware. This app has full screen popup adds that pop up even when the app is not open and it will annoy you terribly. It will also significantly use your data. Ridiculous!

Do NOT INSTALL THIS APP IT USES A LOT OF DATA IN THE BACKGROUND. I USED 2.9 GIgs Of Data In 10 Days HORRIBLE

App is malware! I keep getting warnings that the app has stopped working even though I rarely, if ever, use it. I finally got around to looking at the app in my settings, and it has used 499mb in ⚁ and days. Are you kidding me!? I used it once to make 1 calculation, yet it has been consuming have a gig of resources - don't install! Google needs to remove this app from the play Store if they care at all about their customers.

Runs ads in the background and eats up your data. Deleting now. Used to be a great app I used for work.

I've had this app for a very long time but since the update it's sucking up my battery. I haven't used it in weeks and in one day it used up 22% of my battery.

Even using an app killer this still used over 2 GB of data when I only open it a couple times a week. Horrible.

The app is free, but it uses roughly $35 of data a month on Verizon. Like everyone else is saying.

This app works well for it's purpose, but is has a major flaw and that is if you don't turn off background data it uses too much. A calculator app should not use 250 mb a month.

not sure y tis app get such low rating but as for me, it's a perfect app to calculated the total of my long shopping list b 4 I get to the cashier. Thnx to the app author????

Great app, with easy user interface.

I'm so bad at keeping track of totals but this app is spot on. 100% accurate (unless you forget to weigh your produce like I did... only 10 cents more than the apps total.. still awesome)

Great app until last update where it suddenly started using over 1Gb of background data in a few days for who knows what reason. Needless to say I dont trust it and deleted it. Had it for a few years before that and it used to be one of the 1st apps I would install on a new phone.

This app was awesome until the last update. Now it shows an extra time and date notification that won't go away unless you force close the program. Will probably uninstall and try and find one that works. Makes me sad because I love this program and used it every day.

This app lets you think it works until the popup ads started. Wasted $220 for a new phone just to have the ads return. DON'T DOWNLOAD, YOU WILL REGRET!

It took me forever to figure out that this was the app that was running full page video ads. I even reinstalled my os thinking I had a deep virus. No thanks. This app sucks.

I've had this app for months with no issues, but this month I check my data usage and it's used 803 mb in the background. No excuse for that. Uninstalling.

This comes with ads that pop up when this app isn't open. The app functionally works well, but I see ads on my home screen and when I'm in other apps. Do not use this app! It contains/is adware!

So, as many many others have stated this app was once fine but just recently is absolutely 110% terrible as it corrupts your phone with ridiculous and obstructing pop up ads. Finally after pulling my hair out trying to figure out why the hell my phone keeps having these pop up ads I realize that it was this bs app & only after noticing that it was using over 1.5 GB of data from pop ups! I deleted the app and it disabled my wifi from working. I had to reinstall it just for my wifi to start connecting again!!

Since most recent update, gives another date/time in notification swipe down menu... Very annoying. Force closing fixes, then when app is used again it comes back. Phone already tells me the date /time... Don't need this app doing it too.

Will be uninstalling since app caused my phone to go over data limit with video ads that show up while I'm not even using the app! I've been a user for years, but I'll no longer use it!

It used 2GB of background data, in one month! Wtf!? I have unlimited data but that is still ridiculous! No other app on my phone comes anywhere near that in terms of background data. Why does a calculator need so much data???

Great sales tax calculator but ever since apps started to pop up at random times even if the app isn't being used, I've just hated it.

App works fine. But it has pop up ads attached to it, and they show up all the time...

Ok I was fine with the ads but now you have ads just popping up when the app is not being used so yeah those four stars are going down to two.

Used it for many years. Now has pop-up video adware no matter what you're doing. Done for me.

Ads would pop up even if you weren't using the app.

Used to live this app until random ads started popping up when the app wasn't open.

I will report it to Google about this if you do not take remove this push ad on screen
