Horrible to they lost the photo. Didn't know what they were doing and gave me someone else photos. Told me my photo was finally ready and when I went to pick it up told me I couldn't have it as it had no price on it ,and the person dealing with it was not in today. Plus the photo was meant to have a frame a per order in the app. They said they don't do that. But wanted my money for the frame. Finally found out they do have frames and charged me half of what the app wanted ????? Never use their service.

I like that its fast but found that photos I had printed for size 6×4 had been cropped that it cut of heads of some photos unlike harvey Normans they have options of having photos cropped if wanted. So I had to get them in a bigger size having to pay extra and then to find that they had printed 3 copies of the same photo and another 2 copies of another photo.

I have been using this app for over a year. Now out of the blue I keep getting in my email "oh Snap your order did not go through, please try again" so I did, three times... I get a CONFIRM NUMBER... then the "Oh snap" .. smh

This app worked great at first but now it doesn't. It goes all the way through with the upload and looks like it went through. But, later I receive an email saying it didn't work and to retry. I've tried different stores and reloaded the app. Nothing has worked.

Ordered prints to be delivered. 12 days later, still NO prints and didn't even order anything special on ONLY 24 pics. I e mailed support and did receive a reply that they are issuing a refund that could take up to TEN DAYS, but no reason why I didn't get my pic. Wow! Never again.

Good concept and prices seem fair, but this app is not user friendly. Unless your photos are grouped together and ready to print there is No way to zoom in to photos in google photos album, or crop, etc

This app isn't working for me at all. Its not showing me my current local files or Dropbox files. It's like it has an outdated snapshot of my files and doesn't update them when I add new photos. I'm just going to have to go into a Warehouse Stationary and print them myself, this app isn't any help.

This app is so easy to use and the pictures are great! I needed a gift that was personal and needed it fast and in both cases this app took care of it for me. I found the perfect frame in a store on the way to puck up the prints and then delivered it to my friend all within two hours! And that includes driving time. Wow!!

My last two orders have somehow never shipped. Was refunded for the first one with no explanation. Sent an email about the 2nd order and was told I needed to forward my receipt so I did. Still no explanation, but waiting for another refund.

It does't give you the 30% off discount. You have to show the app description to the Walgreen's manager. I'm not so sure every Walgreen's will do this. Also the QPSAVE coupon code said it was invalid when using within the app.

Not user friendly. I used this app once, went to pick up picture and four of same pic was ordered. This time, being very careful, all my pics were ordered and theres no back button or quantity button unless I individually tapped each pic for deletion. I'm done with this app. Great idea. Too many bugs.
