MealHi5 - Order Food Online

I placed an order you guys charged my card the restaurant had no order... is this 1995?

Mealhi5 is a excellent concept for a hungers...

The app crashes every time when pasting my credit card number, and the interface is thoroughly confusing. Along with typos throughout the app and website, it's clear that quality isn't a high priority at MealHi5.

Received order confirmation and my food was ready in 15 minutes for pickup.. good job guys!!

The order was quick and the deliver gave to respect good customer service I am satisfied .

Hard to fill out, crashed, can't track order

Terrible interface, chalk full of grammar errors, almost unreadable, no support, and worst of all, completely unusable due to hung registration page, lost information and non-functional password recovery system. Guess they don't want any business.

Made an order for a local restaurant and received an error at the confirmation page. Card was still charged and restaurant never received my order after 2 hours. Called the phone number listed in the email receipt and it went to a generic message stating the mailbox was full with no mention of mealhi5. Reporting this as fraud.

Charged a different amount then stated and was not given a time frame for when order would be ready. Ive used a few food apps and this is the worse one by far.

Took my money, no update on when food would be delivered. Called no less than 10 times with no answer or response. Absolutely unprofessional and not customer satisfaction oriented. I'm contacting my back to refund the fraudulent charges. I've got accounts with at least 3 other delivery services, and have NEVER encountered this type of horrible customer service and disregard. Never again.

Registered, and went through the order process 3 times. So frustrating--no feedback whatsoever on why it failed after it took my credit card info.

I placed an order to a local restaurant through this app. Shortly after, I received a call from the restaurant saying they had no established​ relationship with MealHi5. I ended up having to pay at the restaurant and was also charged by MealHi5. I emailed and called the contacts provided on the app support page and wasn't able to get through. The phone number went to a full mailbox. The email received no response. Strong suspicion this is fraudulent. Avoid using this app!

It would not allow me to order more than 1 item. I could not add the choice to the cart and add more. The single option is to pay. I have no use for an app that results in multiple tiny charges to my account. Update: Thank you for the reply. However, the navigation didn't offer the option to go back and add to the cart. I can provide screenshots if that will help. The ONLY option it gave me was to proceed to the cart and pay. I went all the way through the process trying to find a way to go back to the menu and add to the cart, right up to the point of paying and the popup offered no alternative except to exit. When I tried using the process from the restaurant site, the buttons to add to the cart were non-functional.

They accepted an order for food from a restaurant that says they don't participate in any online ordering services and then would not respond to my messages.

Update: Fraudulent provider: unauthorized to charge for restaurant. Took my money, restaurant "doesn't know who they are". Called all numbers I could find, get a full voicemail box. Sent repeated emails - no response. I'm out 55 dollars. Guess I'll have to get Visa to rectify.... Be warned.

This app is by far the best thing ever. Good work.. very easy to navigate...
