مـع بدايـات إنشاء معمار المرشدى منذ مـا يقـرب مـن ٣0 عـام و يزيـد عكفنـا علـى وضـع إستراتيجية شاملة لمستقبل المعمــار فـي مصـر تعتمـد علـى الدراسات العلميـة و التكنولوجيـا المتطـورة التـى تواكب النهضـة العقارية العالمية. و هــو الهـدف الأول الـذي كنا نضعـه صـوب أعيننا منذ البداية مما جعلنا نسعى و بقوة لتحقيــق هذا الهدف مـن أجل إحداث تطور معمارى غير مسبوق فى مصر يضاهـي التطـور الـذي تشهده في كافة المجالات الأخرى.
