VRR App - Fahrplanauskunft

Glückwunsch. Seit dem letzten Update zwar nicht mehr komplett unbenutzbar langsam, aber dafür bleibt der Login-Button ausgegraut und man kann sich nicht einloggen.

The new update has made the app too slow everytime you open it. It has bugs in getting current location and current location doesn't work at all. Good bye Vrr app, I am switching to DB

Extremely slow. The app takes ages to start and when it finally does, it first tries to get your location, which is another fifteen seconds of being unable to do anything if you've turned location services off. Not to mention that if at least around ten minutes have passed since the last time you opened the app, it will do a clean startup and not put you back where you left off.

Idiot development. It's worse than its previous version. Too slow. DB app is better and cover huge areas than just VRR.

Leider 0 Punkte: Der Start dieser App dauert eine kleine Ewigkeit, danach erfolgt gerne ein schwerer Absturz (S5 mini startet neu). Eine der schlechtesten Apps, die ich seit Jahren gesegen habe.

Within 10mins of downloading this app...it's apparent no consideration was done for international users....no English....uninstalling now...wasted my time

It's good for the updated Database of sudden delays, BUT I cannot find any option like bike or limit number of trips, it's only on the web based version, while DB offer it !!

Registration process not clear. You enter information and it gets lost. Hotline cannot help.

The App takes far too long and usually gives wrong information.

Keine Möglichkeit die Standort Ortung zu deaktivieren. Dadurch lädt die App unnötig lange. Falsche Preisauszeichnung für Stadt zu Stadt Stecken. Die Idee der App ist toll, Umsetzung ungenügend, da nicht durchdacht. Die Entwickler nutzen offensichtlich den öffentlichen Nahverkehr nicht...

Wäre echt toll, wenn die App auch zwischen dem Werktagsfahrplan und dem Wochenend Fahrpplan unterscheiden könnte. Z.B der 906er in Duisburg Meiderich fährt am Wochenende nur jede halbe Stunde, doch die App zeigt den gewöhnlichen Fahrplan für die Werktage an, also jede 15 Minuten

Geht zurück zur alten App bitte die hat funktioniert . Bei 3 von 5 Fahrten wo ich die neue App benutzt hatte gabs falsche Abfahrtzeiten. Und bei den anderen 2 falsche verbindungen. Es zeigt andere Sachen an als die Fahrpläne an den Bahnhöfen. Dazu langsam , stürzt ab und ist schlecht zu bedienen.

Ein Update um des Updates willen Alte app Öffnen, lokalisiert, und zeigt an was wann abfährt Jetzt alles mit viel mehr Klicks verbunden Das das meiste mit Symbolen ohne Text auskommen muss ist auch nicht gerade hilfreich Muss man erst mal alles ausprobieren Dauert jetzt alles länger als vorher, inklusive die Map laden lassen Dann aussuchen welche Haltestelle denn man meint, was auch nicht so leicht ist da sich die Karte nicht mitdreht (Kompass) Alte Version besser Einziges was ich sehen kann ist das man Tickets leichter kaufen kann Hab Ticket 2000 War wohl nix

WARUM. Die alte App war gut! Die hat funktioniert! Dieser unnötig modernisierte Quatsch funktioniert die Hälfte der Zeit nicht, braucht ewig und reagiert nicht, und ist völlig überladen mit unnötigem Zeug. Was soll das!?! Nur weil das Design moderner ist heißt noch lange nicht das was automatisch besser ist!

Terrible update! No offline mode to check for old searches, no english option, more complicated interface and travel plan options layout. I couldn't even find a fast way to set a departure time. Please revert back to the fast and stable version and don't mess up again.

Bought a 10 trip ticket and couldn't use the tickets through the app. simply wouldn't complete validation. called customer service and spoke to a very unhelpful VRR team member who couldn't care less. don't use VRR, go straight to DB Regio

The new version is a garbage! It is extremely slow, slower than the old (already slow) one. Besides, had no English and is not configurable. I'll use DB Navigator instead of this.

Eines der schlimmsten Updates die ich je gesehen habe. Absolut unbrauchbar geworden. Mit den Update davor war es schon nervig wenn da bei jedem Appstart stand "Ihre Anfrage wird bearbeitet". Hat die Nutzbarkeit schon stark eingeschränkt. Aber mit dem letzten Update hängt die App sich andauernd auf. Das Design ist hässlich, die "Hitboxen" merkwürdig gesetzt und sie ist langsam. Ich war lange Zeit ein Anhänger dieser App, jetzt muss sie leider dem DB Navigator weichen. Mal sehen ob Sie das hier alles lesen und die App wieder verbessern. Wahrscheinlich aber nicht

How is it possible that app in that state is rolled out as an update... Nothing works, I'm not exaggerating, VRR can't even connect to the internet (all other apps on my phone can, just for the record). Developers! Have you even try to use this garbage app? And the new "modern design" ... I have no words

The previous versions were available in English. Now there is no option to switch language. App crashes every time it tries to search for my location. Nothing happens when I manually enter the station names. In fact, it keeps giving popup to "Check my internet connection". I have not seen a worser app which was promoted so much before the upcoming update and then it fails catastrophically.

Update is extremely terrible. The startup is as slow as booting the cellphone itself. After it shows the initial screen it directly continues doing nothing, at least tapping on any favorite will not work immediately. The favorites are an insult on their own, no label, no selection. One needs to memorize which favorite is which by their position in the interface. The ongoing question regarding GPS is super annoying as well. I know my stations, just give me the arrival/departure times! Also super unintuitive is exactly selecting those, the explanation of the interface is actually required, because you won't know how to do anything other then how to select from and to otherwise. Especially going through the proposed times, like later or earlier connections, just impossible. All in all: useless! This app must have fast booting, fast time to first interaction, no annoying popups, ... we just want a connection!

Worst update ever....i used to use vrr app a lot before the update. What was wrong with the old version? It was absolutely perfect. Please make this old once again

Was soll das bitte für ein Scheiß sein? Gebt uns gefälligst die alte App zurück! Die App ist absolut unübersichtlich und die ganzen unnötigen Animationen verhindern eine schnelle Benutzung der App. Nehmt euch mal ein Beispiel am DB Navigator. Was ihr hier fabriziert habt ist der letzte Dreck. Schämt euch und feuert die Verantwortlichen. Absolut inakzeptabel.

The big update was a total failure. Now the app is much slower and in addition it stays unresponsive until it has asked (every time!) whether I want to use GPS (and my answer is always Nein). Please revert to the old APK! Until then, I'm using Öffi.

Leider total langsam und unresponsive. Selbst auf modernen Smartphone wie dem Pixel XL. Sieht zwar echt schön aus, aber bringt mir leider nichts wenn es dafür so langsam das es schneller ist auf die Webseite zu gehen und es nachzuschlagen :(

Since the update it's simply become too much a hassle to use. Compared to the previous version it's slower, has less clear information and is simply much more complicated to operate.

I've been using this app for years and the new "modern format " does not improve on anything. More difficult to use for the function of checking when your train cone8

Kann nur den Kopf schütteln. Die neue Version der App ist fast katastrophal. Sie ruckelt wie verrückt und erfordert viel mehr Tastendrücke als nötig. Sie folgt weder den iOS- noch den Material Design-Richtlinien und zeigt wenig an Information auf viel Platz. Rundum bisher ein Flop.

Grauenhaftes Update. Die Usability und die Performance ist unübertrieben 5-10 mal so schlecht wie vorher (starten der App alleine bis ich suchen kann dauert jetzt über 10 Sekunden!!!). PS: ich wechsel jetzt zu Öffi, die App ist sehr schnell :-)

Da ist alte Funktionalität dem Design zum Opfer gefallen. Nach zwei Klicks in der alten Version wuste man als Pendler, ob man die Bahn noch schafft. Mit der neuen Version weiss man zumindest, ob man sie bekommen hätte. Auch lassen sich keine Preferenzen wie Verkehrsmittel oder gewünschte Anzahl der Umstiege speichern. Warum kann man die GPS-Abfrage nicht abstellen? Funktioniert in der U-Bahn ohnehin nicht so gut.

This update combined with the delays and cancellations due to ICE accident is now my nightmare since a week. It is so slow that you will probably miss the next train while you are searching for it :)

One big step back... You obviously focussed on the wrong aspects with this update. Usability and speed decreased. Nice try. And now, please, take the next steps - in the other direction.

Das "neue und moderne Design" ist langsam und verwirrend - alles andere als intuitiv. Buttons sind unübersichtlich und das Design erschwert die Nutzung. Die App braucht viel zu lange zum Laden. Usability ist eindeutig gefallen.

Macht nicht das Update!!! Die alte Version war super. Schnell und übersichtlich. Durch das Update bekommt man erst verzögert ein Ergebnis und mit schnell nachschauen wann der Bus kommt ist auch nichts mehr. Bis der Startbildschirm weg ist ist die Verbindung es auch. Und die Verbindungen brauchen ewig zum laden. Wenn man dann eine spätere sehen will lädt es wieder 3 Std. Schade, aber ich muss die App leider deinstallieren

Das neue Update ist absolut fürn Arsch. Was soll der Mist kein Mensch braucht den unnötigen Dreck, der mit dem update dazu gekommen ist. Die App war perfekt so wie sie war. Des weiteren ist die app so lahm, dass man auf gut Glück losfahren kann bis die app die Ergebnisse geladen hat.
