App works well but the times are completely unreliable. Have been using it most days for several months and find the times don't match those advertised at the bus stops and certainly don't match the times buses turn up.

What is the sense of this app. It is absolutely unreliable and only leads to frustration. Take it down and send it back to the drawing board.

The problem isn't solely with the app but also with the journey planner on the website. The busses are either consistently late or ridiculously early compared to their 'apparent' arrival times. This has lead to numerous occasions whereby I arrive what should be 5 minutes early but ending up having to wait over 20 because the previous bus had left over 5 minutes early! Also the estimated times are a joke; inconsistent and wrong, I would take them with a pinch of salt.

The app is worse than useless, the buses are worse irl. Trans link is a drain on public money, 1/4 million a year in the red because its managed by civil service. Privatise it.

Reported bugs are not resolved, latest one happens when you try to download a Timetable - nothing happens!. Reported over 6 months ago - no feedback or resolution from developers.

Used to think this app was great now not so much as it has the train time wrong I keep missing trains when I relie on this and had made late to college because of this problem

Its horrible. Once I downloaded it it didn't even let me use it. Totally sucks and it doesn't let me even go into the app, it just says uninstall. Highly not recommended.

This app has the same accuracy of time as Translinks incompedant drivers. Do not rely on this it is a price of crap

Won't return info anymore. Checked settings and everything fine. Nothing changed. Just stopped doing what it should.

Won't let you download the timetable of your chosen route number, so you might as well just use the website and free up some memory on your device.

I was actually getting good use from this app, but now it won't work at all

No longer gives any routes or info at all. and i can't download timetables from the website. Crap app crap site crap company

This app has shown home the wrong bus' countless times, making me late for work.

Fantastic APP! I think they should add what "Stand Number" you gotta be In for your bus **Please Do Get That On It** other than that I think It's pretty amazing!! #TranslinkNI

This app was great when it showed a whole route on a map. Now it doesn't.

About 20mins off, how hard can it be?

I download this app so my 14 year old can easily access bus times. Works well enough.

Usually quite helpful but the past week it has been showing no journeys at all, suggests getting a taxi!

Even if you're within walking distance of a nearby stop, the app skips the next bus and can leave you waiting over an hour.

handy app and use all the time to go see people and be places etc but it can be unreliable sometimes. checked it once on a Friday and told me the bus was at 4:00. turns out the bus was at 5:10 so I was late... turned out okay but wouldn't rely 100% on it

Pretty basic and not a great interface. The widget doesn't work either.

When checking for a later bus, the timetable gives a time, but check the timetable an hour before its due and it's never shown, but sure when is there buses ever reliable.

This is the worst ' live' bus timetable ever! Just waited for 50 minutes in cold weather as the app showed a bus coming in 10 minutes, then the bus disappeared so had to wait further. No delays were shown. Nothing!

Annoying that I need to connect just for information. Claims that routes don't exist when I know they do. Don't bother.

Hate this from not only the latest but from the previous update. Awful setup far easier to go onto main site & download a timetable!

It put me out of the app to their website where I was then prompted to download a PDF timetable for trains. PLEASE PLEASE just add your times to the public transport integration of the Google Maps app. You are the only transport company in Europe that doesn't have their times in Google Maps.

Stunning service, fast, no bugs. Lightweight and it gives every detail you could need. A must have if you are a translink user!

I have Google maps if I need walking distances/times. Please update with the option to remove walking times, all I want to know is what time the bus is scheduled to arrive and if it is on time.

All I keep getting now is there is no trips have to go download the timetable instead
