This update isn't very helpful in the respect that if you want departures from your current location, you now have to type it in whereas in the previous version it appeared as the home screen. In this sense, this app lost a bit of usefulness.

Absolute Rubbish. You can't view a map until you've found a bus route and I can't find the Your Location tool on the maps. I was happy with the old version ☹

It's actually quite frustrating, as it used to work very well. Now you have to update the map before you can get times for your stop, it used to do this automatically.

Appalling app. London TFL journey planner brilliant - put in where you want start and where you want to finish - & you get an answer. The Mersey app simply does not work. No bus suggestions for the route I wanted - L'pool Lime St to Stoneycroft. Dreadful

What is the point of an app that tells you all arriva buses are cancelled?

Find it a good app so far has been accurate giving me times for busses

Getting from A to B isn't too taxing but try planning a trip from say, Newton to Kirkdale. The app is totally flummoxed!

Was not able to provide any information whatsoever regarding bus times due to itbeing the Christmas period. Absolutely useless.

Used to work ok with a few glitches but now cannot find any journeys. Please fix.

I live 3 mins from a local train station so tested a well used route search said travel wasn't possible on train only bus. What a crock ... search entry is finicky. Deleted.

Apps like this are useless if they don't tell you all the available travel options - which this clearly doesn't. Frequently misses out buses. Waste of time.

Had it for about 2 weeks now and it has never worked for me. I expect some errors but this is consistent. I'm uninstalling it now.

Can't get the right bus stops most of the time, and if by some chance you do, the times are wrong. Like the bus service. A joke!

Can't find my position with GPS on Galaxy s6 asking if WiFi is enabled in settings ... I don't use WiFi when out n about unless I'm in a free hotspot area .. Come on fix and I'll rerate I want to be able for it to locate me fast and tell me what times the bus are departing the nearest stop on the fly ...

Doesn't let me find any places I want to find in Liverpool. It shows Hitchin? and not Liverpool

Constantly crashes, server not found when entering location.

E tickets. I have difficulty in getting smart tickets in my local area, I'm disabled and can't walk fast too next shop that sells them (1.5 miles away) please use e tickets to help people.

App is poor and the Mersey travel bus drivers are worse , nothing much left to say

I spent tge best part of hakf hour trying to find the stop I needed no tganks to this app. You're better off asking the very helpful staff dotted at the stations around the city

Disappointing App. Doesn't really help with journey planning at all. Google maps was much better at planning my journey. Gave this app a few tries to see if it would help, but it's time to delete it.

Timetables are not correct

Not really much use. It could be vastly improved if it stopped telling me to walk between train stations when I tick train only! Should have details of various lines so you know which trains to get. It also forgets to update cancellations and faults. Used it between lime street and Manchester, waste of time. Station staff far better !

.... still waiting for the bus

Google maps did a much better job of planning an accurate journey and was much easier to use. But now it's lost access to the bus timetables I'm forced to use this app, sometimes it says the journey doesn't exist at all and the ones it does tell you about are optimistic at best I know of at least one journey that will take at least 20 minutes longer than it says. Hopefully Google maps get access to the timetables again soon so I can delete this app.

Can't show the direction of the next bus at my home stop apparently because it's supposed to be a 'circular' route!

Great app very reliable and accurate to the timetable. Saves a lot of messing around. Even works for train departures when in London too! 5 stars from me and a big thumbs up. Well done Merseytravel!!

Excellent as i use the tunnels a lot keeps you informed as to closures. Spot on
