TVman DVB-T Player

Working great with external antenna. Using in router mode, clear unbroken TV signal throughout the house on Kindle fire hdx, windows 10 laptop and android phone. For some reason the app has disappeared from the Apple store. The Tvman hardware device seems very well made. The EPG could be improved and I haven't tried to record yet as I haven't put a memory card in the device. Will also be able to use this in my camper van.

Does not work at all. Searches for their device does not support other tuners

Stopped working after update to lollipop. Been waiting ages for an update. Even when it does work it has its glitches, responds slow and recording never gets all the programme you want.

Generally OK in that it works and you can watch TV with it, but very basic, with no usable EPG and recordings having to be scheduled manually by time and channel.

Seems to work fine when steaming live broadcast but can be a bit broken when playing back recordings. There appears to be a bug as it would not set up recordings for 31/10/2015, although it accepted the recording from the guide it the reset the date to 1/11/2015 so failed to record. Don't know if this applies to 31 of every month or just this particular date

This allows me to watch all freeview channels on my phone, tablet, ipad and pc. This app on my phone works easily with minimum set up. I can even record programmes. No issues. V impressive.

Great to watch local TV on laptop, phone or pad just buy the box n plug in an antenna, also records to USB hard drive. Don't buy a TV for the bedroom, garden kitchen just one of these.

Have this app on a Nexus4, Nexus7 and iPad. All have their own idiosyncrasies. Recording can be problematic when trying to record the first channel listed. Has stopped working on Nexus 4 since upgrade to Lollipop from KitKat. Nexus7 still on older version and is fine. Doesn't always work on the iPad even though it's OK on the N7

not related with dvb in understandable or transparent tasks hiddenly performed...spyware

Works well enough with the TVman pocket I bought but I've a few things that I found a little irritating although the core functionality is fine for viewing. 1: My phones a good bit faster and more powerful than my tablet yet my tablet gets a proper EPG to see what's on. (I actually tried the tablet version on my phone just because of this and I could see it worked perfectly apart from the nag that pops up basically saying no you can't use this on a phone and exiting you forcefully) 2: The battery indicator in the software is completely wacky it shows different percentages on my phone, my tablet and my PC and the low battery notifications are really annoying. A setting to disable them would be appreciated. Like I said the core functionality is spot on just really the couple of issues that aren't major more minor annoyances.

You have to purchase the WiFi tuner before using the player. Need also to check if you have local DVB-T broadcast. Work well in France!
