doForms Mobile Data Platform

The app is ok but it won't update. Can you tell me why it won't update? Keeps saying no internet when there is. This app can be a pain in the ass and is most of the time

Bugs out a lot, fills up my storage with superfluous files usually by the end of a month I will have close to 2GB worth, which the purge option dress not touch. when adding photos, it will only save the photo about 1/10 of the time to the form, but all photos taken are added to my storage. Problems occurred over 6 different devices. Contacted tech support, and they had no help at all. Told me to send support logs, and they would send me email updates, I've heard nothing back, and apparently my co-workers have had the same luck.

My company is using doform platform for our document need. Doform has been a great help for our digitalization. We love it

So I'm cheating a bit here by reviewing their website as well, but it's information that needs to be put out there. These guys are without a doubt the best at what they do. The app itself is easy to use, yet advanced enough to customize to suit your needs and the forms themselves are easy to build and operate. We found these guys after trying out several similar companies and we've stuck with them ever since. And then you have the guys themselves. I've honestly never encountered a better customer support team anywhere else, period. They're extremely easy to reach, always ready to help, and they work quickly and efficiently. Any question I have gets answered within minutes and I've never encountered a problem that took them more than a day to fix, and have been contacted personally by the CEO to discuss something as simple as a suggestion for a new feature. Tl;dr These guys genuinely care, and I cannot stress enough how happy I am with this company.

Does anybody k own why or how I can stop the app from filling my storage. When I send in my forms I would prefer all pictures be taken with it and off my phone? Thanks

Needs more work on overall functionality. Much smoother on iOS. I am writing this from my s8 plus.

I have been using this product since it was released many years ago. We integrate with both MS SharePoint and MS SQL. The beauty of this product is the intuitive interface. The products is so stable that I only need to access and tweak forms every 6 months or so. And during those 6 month periods, the next time I logon I am amazed at the new functions. The product is always improving. Stellar product and product report is stellar

Very buggy and glitchy. Crashes my tablet if the battery is below 20%. NO AUTOFILL FOR EMAIL ADDRESS!?!? Freezes a lot

The only thing I don't like is the "doForms" header at the top of the app. When you can make your own header with a picture. Especially if you pay for the app and service you shouldn't have to have that up there. Everything else is pretty good.

Like this app but a lot of bug on constant new release (no notice on release also), today again app crashing on both device Samsung S7 and Tablet Samsung tab pro. Now loosing money by being tied up to this app! In need of alternative.... Will update my reviews as this get better.......

Since doing the newest update the app freezes and will force close. I use this for work and this is unacceptable

Since I have done the March update the app misbehaves by stalling or jumping around! I have unistall and reinstall. My system is up to date, anti virus in place. How do I fix this bug.

I actually like this app a lot as it takes alot of information across multiple channels and makes it extremely easy to access. With that said their is a HUGE problem and I'm not sure if this is a problem with the app or my organizations' use of the app. I mean I'd give this a 5 all day if it didn't save 25-100 photos in my gallery almost every time I use it . The photos are of icons and graphics within the app and are easy enough to delete. It's just annoying and don't really understand why it does that. One day I had to use the app so much I literally deleted over 300 photos. Is this a known issue? I know it's not just my device. Device: Galaxy S6 If your team can give me a fix that be great! Thanks for your time. Keep up the good work

This app saves 100s of pictures to my gallery every day. I only use it because I have to for work but the app coding is trash

I have been looking for an app like this for 12 months. Fully customisable and easy to use. A must for any field based Service provider. Get rid of your out of date paper work and step into the 21st century :-)

Doesn't work with samsung s5 after last update

Programs works well and is a mature platform. Watch for the hidden costs beyond the user fees. For the full featured version it is $15 per month per device, then you pay extra if you use the web app or a Windows device, if you want to allow others access it will cost you an extra $5 per month. These cost's can add up fast. Will no longer recommend this for Federal use due to the hidden costs.

At first I wasn't understanding it but now it's something I'm attached to, this is the best app

My company uses daily, only issue I have is terribly awful UI. There's remnants of Android 2.3 all over the app. I'm looking forward to seeing a 5.0 makeover on the app. Also, too often have I experienced the app close out and not save an incomplete document. Not because the app crashed, but because maybe I switched out of the app and the OS decided to toss the memory out. The app should auto save drafts to device to avoid this! Just resume from where you off!
