MDMeVault- Excellence in ECM

Mdmevault app is a secure mobile document management solution. With this app, users can define new categories and attributes with which documents are tagged. This allows users to further search based on the tags to locate the right document. The app also provides graph utility which provides visual representation of the documents based on the specified search criteria. With it you can:
• Create categories and index attributes. For e.g. create category as Invoices and the index attributes for this category as invoice date, amount and due date.
• Capture photos with camera or library
• Index the photos that is tagging the content so that the content could be located easily based on the tags.
• Efficient Search for the content based on the user provided index data. The search is provided for the documents stored on the local device.
• Interactive graph utility to execute ad-hoc queries to locate documents. For e.g. you can search for all documents with invoice amount 300 in invoice category. This query provides with the graphical representation in terms of a pie chart to show the spread across weekly, monthly or yearly basis
